Target Goulburn. I go here once in a while for cosmetics and apparel. Not very busy today, I get what I need, pay for it, and I'm out

I always enjoy target as the people at the door and check outs seem happy to be there and helpful of you ask them something. We do always help ourselves as there isn't usually anyone around unless at the checkouts. We have had people tell us they don't know of something is in stock and have had to go searching ourselves. The specials can be quite good if you wait for them. Great parking front and back with two entrances.

Big for a Target & fully stocked shelves. Maybe a little understaff but staff were working so hard & friendly

Love a good country target. Great range and service is outstanding. Staff lovely and friendly.

Large department store, wide section of stuff. Often has good specials. Always someone on the register, no self check outs BS, nobody trying to chase you to scan the barcode on the receipt.

Doesn't really help when the whole store smells like "bo" absolutely stinks in there. You'd think they'd have trolleys considering people do big laybuys and purchase big items. How is one supposed to get this to their car? Alot of the staff are rude and disrespectful. The 3 young ones who sit behind the laybuy part and talk about customers, judging them and giving them filthy looks whilst "laughing" at them, need a massive reality check.

Thank the universe I found a target! Christmas is solved! It has everything can't wait to go back Queanbeyan and Canberra ACT have lost their targets small price to pay 1 hr drive make a day of it in Goulburn great place to visit!

Like KMart only not as cheap or as good BUT they have a lot more parking and it's kind of empty, so a particularly good place to shop if you want to avoid catching a disease.

The red head girl (I think her name is jessicah) is very helpful.would visit again just for her.great staff, good job Target.also they have squishmalllows.

Great range of items in a pretty good store. Every thing was kept neat and tidy and although some items were on the incorrect shelves the store was in good shape. Surprisingly great range of office clothing. The staff here were super friendly and tried to help as much as they could.

Love target, but there needs to be more for the older fashionable woman who is looking for a mid length sleeve, midi length dresses and not so scooped neckline.
We have the money to spend so let's look after us please.

This is a small Target store. Small range. Many shelves did not have stock on them. Friendly staff. Quick checkout. There was a COVID marshal who stood staring at the door without moving out talking, like N Korea.

Easy to find what you are looking for.special prices all year around. Got some special deals on clothes

This store is well stocked with clothes but unfortunately has lost its electronics section. The store is large, bright and has ample parking. Good spot to spend some time.

Okish place. Customer Service Representatives need lot more training and coaching and guidelines!

Typical Target store but with country charm. Heaps of parking out the back. Good selection of products. Disabled ramp at rear entry. Limited parking on the main street. No toilets. Near Service NSW.

Got a surprise! Some good (old fashion perhaps) customer service. Had in stock what I went for. Took a friend who found some bargins also.

Saw a product on Target website and it says it’s available for click & collect at Goulburn branch today. I was nearby so I went to the shop straight away, but couldn’t find the product. I asked and waited for assistance but they told me it’s there somewhere. (If I could find it why would I ask for help?) Then the staff doesn’t seem willing to help but she still took me to the section because I said I’ve tried to look for it but no luck. After a while she couldn’t find it either! Then she took a look at the web page I essentially saw the product. Her answer is ‘That must be something wrong with the website. ’

Excellent product range and superb customer service, with checkouts at the front and back of the store. Take note Kmart Goulburn, which has moved its checkouts to the middle of its store, replacing the front of store checkouts with a bouncer whose sole purpose appears to be monstering customers, including elders, who are treated like thieves. If you are looking for a quality retail experience at a store with a customer-friendly layout and staff who respect and go out of their way to help shoppers, Target Goulburn is the go.

Good service, quality products apart from the tall rectangular glasses. I was washing mine up, just bought them and they exploded in warm water. Not happy.
