No wonder Australians are fed up with retail, went to buy a pair of slippers and they literally had 2 pairs that would have fit Michael Jordan. When I asked if there was other stock they said maybe because it’s summer we don’t have much available, so if you’re a size 14 and want to keep your feet clean in your house during summer then Chatswood target is the place to go

Amazing selection of homewares that rival higher end stores. Service has also improved substantially in recent months. Young staff very helpful and lovely. Click and collect was ready in 20 minutes with a number of items ordered. Minus a star as agree with other reviews about the one older staff’s manners needs to improve.

My mum came today instore to show baby clothes via facetime. This was at 2: 11pm. Mind you, I’m 38 weeks pregnant so I needed my mums help to pick up a few things. While we were on video call, my mum was harassed by a floor staff (mature aged) with short hair- who kept telling her off to not take videos of baby clothes.

My mum kept telling her kindly that she’s on video call with me. She approached my mum a second time and demanded to zoom my face to show that we are on a call.

If its a store policy i get it- but talking to my mum with such a rude tone and invading our privacy (by asking my mum to zoom on my face on the facetime call) to make sure she wasnt taking a video is just unacceptable.

I dont appreciate the way the lady spoke to my mum. Terrible customer service, and what kind of pestering is this? If management can approach me, that would be great. I will send feedback, so no other customers get this sort of treatment

Staff were rude and followed me around the store and wouldn’t take their eyes off me, then they took my items from me and said I had to go to the counter and pay before I was allowed to have my items back. They were assuming that I was stealing because I am a school student. Kmart staff wouldn’t be this obnoxious.

Curly haired older door woman was incredibly rude when we complied with the bag check, even though we had made a purchase and had receipt.
Your workers have NO right to stick their hands into our bags. It is a breach of privacy and a risk to the worker themselves. Complete arrogance and stupidity. No one else had their belongings rummaged through. And it was a tiny A4 backpack.

A clean, fresh and inviting store with lots of natural light, modern decor with clearly labelled departments making your search for fashion or homewares a breeze. All of this and the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered! Lots of affordable and stylish everyday apparel for men, women and children. Beautiful homewares to decorate your stylish inner city pad, holiday home by the sea or just to spruce up the family home. They even stock a designer clothing range by none other than Dannii Minogue. By far, the nicest shopping experience of ANY department store in Australia.

Has almost everything you need including home appliances and apparel; that too at a reasonable price. Employees are always happy to assist when asked.

You get all essentials here, so it's better to come early so you can see all the things available n cost effective too

Good target although it gets crowded some times. No complaints with customer service or cleanliness

Every time I walked out happily with my purchase or enjoyed the service from this Chatswood store.

Strangely, the fitting room personnel asked me to hang all the clothing back up after trying them on (this was before she let me in), and because it took so long, I had to pay for my free parking instead. It was 11 a.m, not a busy hour, and there was only one other customer. It's disappointing,  hay.

Service was quck and friendly. I went in to swap some clothes (they had shrunk! Lol)
The guy on the counter was quick and friendly, i was in and out in less than 15 mins. A positive and friendly experience.

Worst store in the history of Targets. Broken escalator on way in. Traffic coming both ways. People trying to push trolleys down a broken escalator…. Then the staff. Worst! No idea and slower than a grandma. I’ve seen sloths move quicker!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff members here. Reported junior staff and department manager who had bad customer service

Went to pick up an order - drove half an hour to find out that your opening times are not the same as in here. Now I have to ask to leave early from work tomorrow and drive half an hour again thanks to you.

This target is way over staff and all the staff there are so free and just chit chatting with each other including the area managers of each department. For instance there is 5 staff at the toys department chit chatting about their watches won't break and what's their plan tomorrow to get drunk. All young Caucasian lads working at this Target in Chatswood wasting the company time and money. Definitely need a restructure on the staff numbers at this particular store to be more efficient and effective.

Another great experience. I needed to return gift I had purchased but had lost docket. The service centre went the extra mile and tracked my purchase, salesman was so helpful I was able to return and purchase a gift U really wanted. I had no idea this was possible. I was very appreciative and grateful I got such professional service. Target is certainly breeding customer conscious staff. THANKU

Many good books, toys and fine clothing. Not many things in stock. Don’t to manga, anime and other non English books. Don’t recommend to get anything from Asian countries here, books are of pretty high quality, recommend buying, very worth your time. Clothing is clean, new and good variety and all sizes. Very organised and clean.
