Target reviews
43Nice clean store with friendly helpful staff and some great products especially homewares.
Exceptional store with ample stock and pleasant charge rooms. Very suitable for wheelchairs. Friendly staff who were proactive to help us. Good value throughout.
Brutal to deal with, Target as a whole company is aweful. It's no wonder they already closed the other location on the coast. If their customer service remains this way, they will be lucky if any of their locations survive. Should be no stars but that's not an option.
Rude staff and understaffed. Was unhelpful of a return of a $5 item. Asking so many questions about it like I wasn’t believed. Some 50 year old Karen trying to look 40
Target tuggerah Westfield is excellent for lego sales and kids clothing. I always check for Lego on sale when I can. Normal out do BIG W when it comes to buying lego. A little unknown gem when it comes to deals on lego
Got what we wanted but most disappointed that the only checkouts were self service. Staff were helpful but we are not checkout chicks and want the manned checkouts back.
Will not be supporting Target again until staffed for service.
I very much dislike the fact they no longer have any manned registers, all are self serve. I want to be served, I want people to be employed!
Service desk - I was so shocked by the behaviour from one of the older ladies that served us today. Amazed how she could be so nasty. This store needs to hire people with emotional intelligence skills or give them an anger management course. I hope you find your peace one day lady.
Very overpriced for the mediocre quality of items. Can't understand why anyone would shop here.
It's a very quiet store now. They do have stock and what I was looking for but it's previous reputation has ruined a great shop which could still do well.
Good sized store, well stocked, neat and tidy, reasonable prices, friendly check-out staff.
Happy with our shopping experience
Very friendly staff and store was very easy to navigate which encouraged me to look around at my leisure.
Great range, good prices.if you know what your looking for and where to find it.good.
Staff assistance.zer0.
Click and collect worked well
Stock supplies were really low though hardly any boys shorts at all
Very bad customer service from Liz and Megan. Trying to charge me $95 to repair a Nintendo switch that was recalled anyway. My switch has been gone for 6 months and I go in there every fortnight following up to only be told 3 days ago that the switch has been in store for months. I attend and am told it’s only been there for 3 weeks.no one can keep to the same story and have no idea what they are doing.
Liz lied and told myself and my Aunty that she was the store manager when she isn’t.in fact Byron is the store manager.
Megan.she was very rude and needs to be retrained in customer service.
Do not recommend this target
Great toys and staff are very polite and helpful.be safe everyone.keep up the great work target tuggerah.
I love Target.this was a lovely store, my first visit here.

False advertising.i shot an arrow into your logo and won no prize.next time at least offer the latest weekly news regarding tommy little would be nice.he makes me laugh,
BUYER BEWARE!
My partner purchased a Nintendo Switch on 21 Jan 2021. The device was good until late September 2021 when I ceased charging.
We then handed the device over to their service department in October (still within the 12 month warranty period) to see if the charging fault could be rectified, we were told they would need to send it away to Nintendo to investigate. Months had passed and we received NO communication, so my partner attended the store in January and has attended the store every two weeks since to follow up the whereabouts of the device - Each time being told that it hasn’t arrived back yet. Fast forward another few months after NO communication on their part my partner had her weekly phone in to follow up the device only to be told it’s been back for months, was out of warranty and that we would need to pay a further $90 odd extra to receive it back still not working! - Absolutely appalling!
I am unsure if this level of incompetence and rudeness is normal practice for Target but I would advice anyone to steer clear of these cowboys at all costs and prey that nobody else falls victim to this poor excuse of a department store.
