Tap Doctor Plumbing Canberra

We recently used Mark from Tap Doctors Canberra to repair our toilet. We wanted to modernise the toilet bowl since it has been more than 12 years old. We were concern that we may end up with broken tiles and pipes and as such would costs even more to fix. However, we are very happy that Mark did a great job and the quote given was very reasonable. Best of all, no call out fee, no broken tiles and we were able to use the toilet later that same day. I hope the photos speak for itself.

I just wanted to say that Mark Unwin (Tap Doctor for Kingston, ACT) provided excellent service with my plumbing work at my apartment recently. He was punctual, and communicated clearly and regularly about the job and was clean, polite and professional!

He was on time for the quote and work appointments and fixed everything exactly as needed! It was a pleasure to have him complete the work and all my sinks and toilets are running as new. I was very impressed with the service after losing my regular plumber when he moved overseas and I will definitely be using the Tap Doctor again for any further plumbing requirements in my house!

Have used the Tap Doctor on multiple occasions to fix plumbing issues. Mark has been responsive and most helpful to repair an emergency job at a very reasonable price too.

Mark was brilliant/ our hot water tank split and we had no hot water (with a baby and toddler two days before Christmas!) he arrived only an hour after calling and diagnosed the issue. He completely replaced the hot water tank by the afternoon we had hot water again. Very pleasant and fairly priced. Would highly recommend.

Mark was fabulous.turned up on time, rang me 30 minutes prior to confirm and fixed my leaky shower taps quick as a flash! I highly recommend him!

Mark fixed my shower taps and corrected a bad job left from another plumber that I had do some work at my place earlier in the month. Mark does quality work and is a very friendly chap I won’t use anybody else now and will recommend him to family and friends if they are in need of a good reliable well priced plumber. Mark has always given the most professional plumbing service ever. His knowledge is excellent, he is on time or telephones if he is going to be late. We have had him out on many plumbing services/installations at our house over the last 12 years, and he is always a most professional person. I am happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Took time off work for an emergency appointment and they cancelled last minute, no option for a replacement plumber or reschedule.
