We used Tansel products to address the storage issues with the kitchen in our newly purchased house. We inherited a deep pantry cupboard with poor access and thus a very inefficient use of space, with similar issues in three blind corner cupboards and a couple of other cupboard problems. Andrew at Tansel was excellent, working through our requirements and producing a personalized range of options to suit our needs. We had a couple of hiccups with the products supplied but these were quickly resolved and everything has now been installed and we couldn't be happier. The baskets and slides are excellent qualityand good to work with. My only gripe was a little more guidance on some of the DIY installs would have been useful but I eventually managed to work everything out and once the procedures were established the installation was pretty straightforward. Highly recommended.

We have installed Tansel slide out stainless steel basket drawers in our caravan. It has proven to be a very strong and sturdy product. The quality and workmanship suits the rough environment that our off road van has to endure. Currently looking to install more shelving to increase our storage capacity.

I needed a steel basket solution for an existing narrow cupboard. I supplied all the measurements and the Tansel team provided a suggested fit with all equipment I would need. And it fit perfectly!

I am very impressed with the quality. The sliders are very solid and baskets fully extend fully loaded with no issues at all.

Installation was easy once I got the hang of it and anyone good with a tape measure, drill and level won’t have any problems.

The Pantry drawers are of high quality and come with sturdy sliding rails.in our case we used soft self closing rails, what we would highly recommend.
Delivery was fast. Installing the drawers are not difficult. We are now in the process to order more for under bench cabinets
we went from 5 fixed shelves including the bottom to 7 drawers.it gives more space and makes loading and un loading much easier.

I ordered custom pull out wire baskets for a kitchen cupboard and they are perfect. It took some time to get them manufactured and delivered but it was well worth the wait. The installers did an excellent job installing the drawers in line with my preferences. I’m very happy with the service. Thank you again.

Great service - a lot of care taken by the office team to make sure the order was right, and once the items came into stock Mark came along to install the pantry drawers within a week. We needed a solution to increase access to food in our pantry, and after a bit of research I got onto the Tansel site.
It was easy to enter the cupboard measurements, and within an hour or so got a proposal back with an option for consideration.along with answers to my queries. I rang to clarify one issue, and then placed an order for exactly what we had been looking for for ages.
A couple of emails, a payment by BPay and confirmation of my order - very easy.
The drawers arrived yesterday, and I had them installed within about an hour, they fitted perfectly as Tansel said they would.

The Tansel team had been very helpful from my initial enquiry to the installation of 3 wire baskets in a deep kitchen cabinets. With the assistance from both Andrew and Jamie, I was able to provide exact measurements for the wire baskets required. Andrew suggested a practical and cost saving solution to my problems. The 3 pull out wire baskets were installed a week after ordering. Mark did a fabulous job installing the baskets.
