Good service. Apparently about to change systems which was causing the staff some headache and slowed me down, but I wouldn't hold that against them. The courtesy car was prompt and the driver was friendly.

Dont bother calling them you will be in hold for some time and when you do get through to someone they put you on hold again only to hang up on you.

Very happy with the service I received when buying a new car for mum! The team at Tamworth Toyota were very open and provided personalised videos of the car, happy to answer any questions we have. Not only were they cheaper than any deals we could get locally in Wollongong and offered to transport it for free, even our local dealership recommended we take the car. Added bonus: They wished mum a happy birthday a few weeks later!

A Toyota dealership that promises an immaculate car and delivery within days, but only after you purchase the vehicle they disclose damages, order the wrong part 3 times in a row and tell you they don't know when the car will be ready, you just have to wait indefinitely.

Communication is poor, they never provide updates unless you request it, if at all, eventually they started ignoring my emails altogether.

4 weeks after the purchase and I still had not received the car, leaving me no choice but to cancel the purchase, accept that I wasted my time and insurance money. Not to mention the inconvenience of borrowing a car from others to get my family going while I wait for this fiasco to be resolved.

Certainly a purchase decision to stick in one's memory. This is the first time I try to purchase a Toyota. Never again.

Absolute delight at Tamworth Toyota service. While travelling they fitted our hilux for a service within a couple days. On service day there was a mix up with our pick uptime and they offered our service free of charge. Thank you all.
No wonder we keep on buying hiluxes at Bakers Creek Beef

Had a new 300 series, everything on the genuine bullbar stopped working (parking lights, indicators and spotlights) purchased and fitted from a dealer in Victoria.

We are a family living in a van, 2 weeks into our trip around Australia, suddenly all of our front indicators stopped working. We took it to a dealership in the little town we were in, they refused to help "theres no room in the workshop", understandable.

We rang Tamworth Toyotas service department, explained the problem they said they could get us in immediately!

We drove two and a half hours to get there and we were met with Brian an absolute expert in his field, the amount of passion and knowledge that man has is phenomenal.

The team spent 5 hours on the car to find that the bullbar hasn't been fitted or wired to Toyota's specifications. Corey found the issue and rectified it, also found that the bullbar will need to refitted and rewired.

They dropped us off, picked us up afterwards. On the drive back to the dealership having a chat with Brian, I was amazed to hear that their service department is self sufficient, they can do their own auto electrical work, as the team is profusely trained in all aspects, and up-to-date.

The best service from a Toyota dealership I have ever received.

The last two times I have taken my toyota here, I have been stuffed around. Summer of 2018 we had to take the car for a service and recall on a part. The was service was finished but they couldn’t replace the recalled that was needed. This service was booked 2 to 3 weeks in advance, it wasn’t like it was booked the day before and we have travel 100km for this. They called me to tell me the car was ready to pick up but no one could come and pick us as they were all at lunch. So my pregnant wife and I had to walk from the middle of Tamworth CBD to the car yard in 45 degree plus hot sun to get the car.

Today 4/11/2020 I took my car there again for a service as I thought I’d give them another chance after almost 2 years. I booked it for 1000 and pickup for 1pm. Again we made the 100km trek, dropped the car off and got dropped in town and was told twice that we would get the car back by 1pm. Just after 1 pm I get a phone call telling me they haven’t even started the and it won’t be ready until 2: 30pm as they are only taking the car in to start on it. Basically we have wasted a whole day and fuel for nothing. We have things we need to do back at home and a child that needs to be picked up. Once again, very disappointed and I will NEVER book another service at New England Toyota Tamworth AGAIN! Now we have booked in where we usually get our service. Oh and we had to walk back to the dealership again as everyone was at lunch.

Bought a hiace commuter 2nd hand a couple of years ago from TCT to convert to a camper. They went above and beyond to remove the wheel chair lift and get the van ready. It's now converted to a camper and is proving a reliable and robust vehicle on our retirement trip around Oz. Belated thanks! Pat and Belinda

I bought a used car from them and the multimedia system wasn't working properly. They replaced it and were happy to do so. The staff were very nice and helpful. Stress free.

We bought a new Rav4 from Ryan Brown. Although the wait for the car to arrive was long, Ryan kept us updated all along the way. He was professional, charming and kind. My girlfriend and I were both very impressed with how he conducted himself. Well Done Ryan, keep up the good work!

This is one of the best and trustworthy car dealers, we have in the area as to my opinion.
The service is always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Their prices are fair and they always try to find a solution that works best for their customers.
I am about to buy my second car with them and have a 100% positive experience with this team.and.my cars:)
This is why I like to put down this recommendation.

I'm not one to submit complaints or rock the boat, but this needs to be said. The service while buying was really good, I was super happy. But oh dear, the service has been stressful and annoying when it was discovered things were wrong with my car afterwards. I waited constantly for call backs that never happened when promised. Got told one thing after another. Yet it seemed like sales were just so reluctant to do anything for me during the cooling off period. I can give thanks to a lovely lady who works there, who found me by accident at work and chased up on something which was promised to be done way back in early March by sales. When I get the chance I will thank her again, because I doubt it would have ever happened at all if it weren't for her. There is still something else that was promised to be fixed upon buying, but it's apparent it won't be followed through and I don't have the energy to deal with Toyota anymore. I recommend sales people be more efficient and true to their word in the future with their clients. Not returning for my future car services and I won't be recommending Toyota to others. Sorry guys, but you've been a bit disappointing.

Went to see about an issue with my car, advised by service reception that all mechanical/technical staff are on a break at the same time and to come back later.really! Thankfully a call to Brian from warranty made the effort to help find a solution.

A special thanks to KEVIN, such a humble personality, explained me everything very patiently and made the whole process look so simple. I got my car in less then a week, even got it delivered to me. JUDY on the other hand in the finance department made sure everything was in order, was very helpful.

Also, not to forget the car is super clean and very well maintained. Got it a very reasonable- easily beat the market price without a doubt.

Highly recommend them.
