Do yourself a favour and get a Uber, disgraceful customer service.

Booked a taxi for 10, a taxi for 6 turned up. The driver refused to call in to order extra cab for the 4 people left stranded, just rudely said it's not his job. Then when we asked to stop near the location we were ignored and he drove us around the block.
We used 13cabs for the return trip, I highly recommend them

Great service, Barbara was a hoot to listen to on our short trip to the airport. To be able to track the taxi from the link provided by Tamworth cabs was great. Be more than happy to use them again if and when we’re in Tamworth.

Told us they would be 20 minutes. Got a text over an hour later asking if we still needed the cab.

Don't use this service. It's almost non-existence. First company that comes up when you search Tamworth Taxi. JUST DON'T CALL THEM. And their Webpage doesn't work with Android phone.

Waited 1hr for them at the airport for a pickup.

On return journey, tried multiple times to get a taxi for almost 1.5hr, no one answered phone on the other end. I almost missed my flight!

Thank goodness for 13CABs to the rescue. Will never use this service again. Save yourself from a stressful journey by calling 13CABs next time if you are in Tamworth.

Worst service ever do not use them. Dirty cars and extremely rude drivers. Also 2 passengers in a maxi van and charged maxi rates. Not on. Will definitely be using 13CABS next time

The drivers were great clean cabs and good service, however the call centre service is very poor making transport via taxi very difficult and frustrating

Waited over 2 hours for them to even answer phone for booking, 2nd time in as many weeks this has happened. If there was an alternative I wouldn't use again.

Great service and fantastic drivers but both vehicles we traveled in were a little aged and worn which is fine.but being pregnant it wasn't great to smell cigarette wafting off the driver and having to jolt by breaking so intensely at times. Other than that Tamworth cabs are a good service.

Waited 45 plus minutes and still waiting and the staff just tell me they can't tell me how much longer I'll be waiting and they hope their drivers do their jobs soon, pretty poor attempt at being a taxi company. Just a quick edit, waited 2 hours for one home, never came had to get a uber and the owner replied to my compliant asking if I knew anyone looking for work, like what a joke, recruit your own drivers or don't run a business.

I honestly wish i could give zero stars, but the driver himself was a lovely bloke who told me about his life stresses. I ordered a taxi and i was waiting out the font of a bar on the main street. The call centre told me 10 minutes and i waited for an hour and 10 minutes. I tried politely calling up twice to see how things were going and i was told the same thing both times. That i was next available and that they were really busy. The main street literally had no one on it besides myself and another guy that was in the same predicament that i was. I will NEVER contact this company again for a taxi. Next time I'm passing through Tamworth, i will walk to and from any bar or motel or restaurant. 0/10 and that's for sure!

Terrible service from the driver of TC3743
Ordered a taxi the driver was rude, acused us of being inappropriate to the point where we had to exit the service. To grab an Uber.never getting In another cab again Uber is going to be my ride share of choice

Absolutely disgusted my daughter is wearing my son's nappys because they said they had nappies after third call 7 pm waiting for driver to contact me call back numerous times 2: 04 am I'm still wait 8 calls later they now claim they don't have my nappies when I placed them ii between car and seat cos my daughter wanted to open them cos they were frozen pull ups so I'm taking this further I will never use this taxi service and do not recommend it also my taxi driver had to ask how much change was he ment to give me who do these people have working for them.

Dispatch service was abysmal, promised 15 minute wait, waited nearly 2 HOURS in the hot sun. I phoned a number of times. When I get to our motel, the original driver phoned asking if we had ordered a taxi. Not impressed we are elderly, my husband is disabled and now we are sunburnt as well.

Disgusting cars. Rude drivers and the cars stink like smoke. And check the meter as they charge more than the meter says
