I have been with the agency Talent Focas for over a year and have been treated with respect and kindness always by everyone especially the agent Christian Juric, who has been there every step of my journey and even now, He is very helpful and made sure everything was fine with my job such as, making sure I was treated well at the job and that my salary was on time and if not he will make sure all was good, any question I had for him he will answer to the best of his ability and sought it out for me which he always did.he made me feel like a person and not a number in the system and that is a very good feeling. Ever since shifting base from New Zealand, settling in Sydney and finding the right recruitment agency was a mission and then I came across Talent Focus Recruitment and Megan. I have been so pleased on how professional, efficient, thoughtful Megan and her agency is because finding teaching jobs has been stressful on my own. Thanks to Megan that process turned stress free because she knew how the system works and guided me on what documents and where to submit in advance in order to get the teaching accreditation started and at the same time organising casual work and interviews with schools.
