Jamie from Tai Irwin came to our home on time and with a smile. Upon briefing of the problem, the fault was located and advise given on the best methods to fix the fault in a manner understood by us, the customer. Jamie was courteous, professional, tenacious and for the time spent, wasted no time. He had all the high tech equipment which enabled a solution to the problem to be established (unlike my previous plumber). I will certainly recommend this company to my friends and certainly use their services in the future.

Had an 11am appointment.received phone call 10.30 that they would be late aiming for 12.00. At 11.30 changing to 12.30. Arrived dead on 12.30.
Two young men, very tradesmen like proceeded to work on my blocked drain. They used up to date gear, camera & high pressure hose on main access point.when that was cleared, checked clearance at a point further well down the line. Reported all clear and additionally that he would NOT recommend any pipe replacement my 50yo pipes being in good condition. (another local plumber 4 years ago suggested the opposite without the aid of cameras.). Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunned by how rude and arrogant he was. He lacked patience and accused the customer of penny pinching. Was trying to understand the options available for a long-term solution in replacing a hot water tank that was putting out rusty water. When I ask him to give me a breakdown of the cost he cut me off for "taking too much of his time" and accused me of wanting the cheapest option. Astounded by the bad attitude.
