Tacking Point Tavern

We have been dining at the Tavern on a Thursday night for many years. We just keep coming back. A great environment for dinner and the staff are always polite and professional.

A lovely place, the barramundi was to die for, very friendly wait person. Will certainly be back

Great menu with a variety of choices and daily specials. Very welcoming atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful. Flowers hotel living up to their high standard of customer satisfaction. Must stop if passing through:)

The snitty was amazing huge and filling, staff were great, and friendly! My family want to come back tomorrow before they leave to go home!

Oktoberfest was in full swing.
Staff dressed in appropriate style.
Menu written in German, with all German fare including Nona's Apple Strudel
Food was delicious, and served quickly.

Food was great. Little bit on the expensive side. But worth it. The special we tried was my favourite.

What a buzzy place. It was very busy. To be expected as it was Friday. However, we all know the cost of everything has gone up. But when one of our table of four ordered a rare steak and it came out at medium, I question that. It was $31.00 for a 250gm steak. This works out to be $124.00 a kilo. Restaurants need to deliver what they are offering to justify their costs by at least sending out what is ordered, as we now all have to pay big time. Not all of us can afford to do this on a regular basis. So hospitality pull your socks up please

Got asked by 5 staff members within 5 minutes if I needed any help - after ordering. Means they really wanna help
But besides that, great place. Great location. Great vibes.

Great pub, great children's play area. Very busy on Sunday lunch so seating was difficult if you hadn't booked. The rain didn't help as most outdoor seating options were unable to be used. Good food options and friendly staff

LOVED staff and food however massive downfall was obvious with lack of training to bar staff which can be rectified easily so look forward to my next visit

Inconsistent bar prices. Manager does not charge for a soda water but bar staff charge $5 when questioned the staff member takes offence and gets the Same manager who gives it for free and my husband get asked to leave for being aggressive.we have being going there for many years and we won't be back. Manager reason was that he does not think you should have to pay for soda water and can't tell the staff what to charge what a joke

Terrible customer service, extremely rude. A stop over for dinner with family and friends turned into a terrible experience. Extremely disappointed.

The food was really good for pub grub. Unfortunately the bartender forgot our drinks and we waited quite some time for them before getting a refund but they were busy and management was quite apologetic

Amazing atmosphere, great service, the choice of drinks was outstanding with craft beer a plenty and the food was 2nd to none in the local area. Highly recommend stopping in for a feed and a coldie

The food was great but i noticed a figure in the playground staring at me it was the most pale thing i had ever seen "he" looked to be around 6 years old i only saw "his" nose and up it had to be a ghost.

Food was great for a pub feed.
Tahlia looked after us very well, she had beautiful manners and a great smile the whole time. Highly recommended.

Staff are amazing - accommodating and friendly! Great atmosphere all round, the kids love the play area and the freedom of the outdoor area.

Modern pub with friendly staff, good range of food options and very enjoyable and professionally run trivia night Tuesdays. Couple of minor gripes but good overall. Part of a complex with a Coles supermarket and specialty stores. Adequate parking. Complex is away from the CBD which can be a good thing sometimes.

Amazing food there were 9 of us and everyone enjoyed there meals.
The staff are very efficient and super friendly 10 out 10 from me.

Went for a beer because it was close, the photos online don't do the place justice, a stylish venue with a variety of seating options and an interesting choice of beers on tap. I had a Kosciusco pale ale.
