I really can't stand it when you're already paying exorbitant prices then you go to pay to get the big upsell nonsense.
"Do you have something to keep this fresh"
"Do you have something to strain this with?
"Would you like a bag for a dollar"
No, I wouldn't.

I'd never shopped in T2 before but I was greeted warmly by the sales assistant who helped me find everything I was looking for. I can't remember her name but she provided excellent customer service and she is a credit to your company!

Typical great selection of fantastic teas. Prices a bit up there, but when you want something different, why not?

Fiona helped me find a great black tea to enjoy in the morning. She was so lovely to talk to. Plus her customer service was fantastic as she didnt pressure me into anything and explained things really well. Can't wait to finish my tea to come back and get more

Staff are friendly but the layout of the store is a mess and very few teas are in stock. Avoid the grief and buy online.

Had to pick an online order and Fiona was so helpful. For her customer service alone, I will definitely be back.

The website needs updating, as it shows that this Broadway store closes at 7pm on Friday. When we arrived at the store at 5.54pm it was already closed, although the sign on the door stated that as from 1 April, it would be closing at 6pm. If closing time is 6pm why was it closed before 5.54pm?

The two staff members I talked to were super friendly and really helpful. I enjoy the variety of flavours they have here - there is something for everyone and there’s always a new flavour to try.

Bought a teapot with a defective design, leading to moisture permanently trapped within the lid, developing mould. I was advised by T2 customer service that it cannot be repaired, and they will not repair or replace it.

If you're shopping at T2, stick to the teas. The teaware is just amateur experimentalism.

T2 now charges $1 for a bag that is not reusable! This is not acceptable! If you wish to charge for bags, make sure you are offering us something either sustainable or reusable. Your T2 retail bags are neither! This is very disappointing that a retail outlet is exploiting its customers. We understand plastic bags at coles and Woolworths as this helps decrease landfill! But you are just profiting of what should be built into your product costings I didn’t view your company to be so greedy and exploit your customers. I am very very disappointed. Shame on you!

This place is dangerous for my wallet. Lately they have been reducing the variety in the stores and it's become less fun to browse.

The things that keep me coming back to T2 are the friendly staff, and being pleasantly surprised at the new possibilities and ideas to try.

Slightly expensive, but a very good company. Was looking at tea travellers due to winter, and the staff were very helpful and had plenty of information.

Helpful, friendly staff with good knowledge of the products. T2 has a large variety of tea. Price is expensive for the decent but not top quality they have. Marketing is slick and fashionable. You can try some teas they have prepared each day. It’s reasonable open for people without a wheelchair. We could not get through some areas with my chair and my husband is very good at managing. It has more open space than many stores however. This one is inside Broadway shopping centre so accessible via lifts.

Love the store. The staff are so friendly, reliable and helpful! As with other T2s, the layout is well spaced out which is so good because it allows you to navigate your way through the store easily. Great variety of teas available here. Lovely assortment of tea wares too. If you ever feel like treating yourself to any of the wonderful tea wares, T2 staff will always help you pick out the perfect cup / mug / tea pot.

Best T2 store in Australia! Staff are always super lovely and helpful here.was served by a blonde male who was exceptionally patient and helped me pick the perfect tea set for my brother! The gift wrapping is also a wonderful idea, and the artwork on the wrapping is gorgeous.this is the place to go for your t2 takeaway tea, as the here tea is brewed with much more expertise than the brew bar in the cbd.

Amazing teas. Staff are polite, responsive and very know the tea well. Would kill for a replacement teapot lid.

Poor selection of individual tea vs other T2 stores, heavy emphasis on gifts that mix things you want with things you don’t. Prices either missing or well concealed. Ended up sitting outside using their website to browse, before ultimately giving up.

Rude sales assistant (for managers reference she was working at the shop on Sunday 2 Sep and didn’t leave a good impression compare to the guy who was polite and nice)

OMFG! I love this place, for a myriad of reasons. Reason 1 - the tea is just delicious. Reason 2 - there are so many flavours, you could try a different one each week, and it would take over five years to sample them all. Reason 3 - the tea accessories are almost as yummy as the tea, so are very hard to resist. No, actually, that's a reason to stay well away, unless you have plenty of money and plenty of space at home (kidding, kind of). Reason 4 - they treat their regular customers very well - I recommend becoming a member of the T2 Tea Society. Reason 5 - the staff are SO genuinely friendly. And I don't mean incredibly helpful (although they're certainly that), I mean just good, old-fashioned friendly. Especially a couple of lovely young women named Alex and Bree. Love your work.

The tea I bought is so bitter and awful nobody at home can drink it. Even with all the honey they mixed it. It's called sticky honey chai. Never buy it. Wasted 30 dollars
