Another thing i want to mention is that they sell beautiful tea cups as well. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and eager to guide customers through the vast tea selection. I came in to buy myself a big container of Matcha, which they sadly didn't have. Over the time period of 5 months they never had the 50g container, good note on the side for the shop. Staff however is very helpful, kind and quick to assist. The store always looks on point and clean. Huge difference in service from the Bondi Junction one to the QVB one. I would 100% QVB over Junction.

It is located on the 2nd basement floor (LG2) of the Victoria Building. There are few discount items, but the variety is suitable for buying as a gift. They sell it at Sydney Airport and the price seems to be similar?

When I went there, there were a lot of Korean tourists for some reason. In the end, I left without buying anything because the prices were generally high. Afterwards, a box of half the amount was sold at the supermarket (coles) for about $7, so I ended up buying a few there.

Misleading for the prices for one of the product the sign said $30 but its $80 good thing we asked for staff they also help us and informed the item was in wrong spot. Customer service good

I am looking for a Christmas present for the party. At the beginning I ask a young girl. She seems not very welcome to answer me question.
Later, a guy come to help me. I don't know his name. But I just wanna say he is so good. Very nice and helpful.
He give me a very good suggestion to choose what suitable for me. That's why I rate it 5 star. I am satisfied for this shopping experience.

Very helpful and knew their stuff, even tho they didn't have the tea I was looking for they told me when it might come in and explained why. Great experience.

Picked up a bag of tea using the click and collect service. One of the bags had a best before date two months passed the date (SEP 2021). This must have been on the shelf or in the storage for a few years now.
Contacted customer service and the rep insisted that the tea is safe to consume just not at the best quality. Not sure why I should pay full price of 38 bucks for an interior quality product. Their stuff either did not check the date or tried to pass old stock to customers.
They were quite passive about the whole situation. In the end I had to ask for a refund (still waiting for the refund to be processed).
Bought three more boxes of tea when I picked my my online order at the QVB store. Guy at the counter was quite rude.
Extremely disappointed with my overall experience. I have been buying T2 teas regularly and is a loyal customer. I guess I would avoid shopping with T2 in the future.

You could find anything to your taste in this store! It has an extensive range, and staffed with the most helpful workers. Christina was a life-saver when helping me pick out Christmas gifts! She was able to direct me to things that would suit certains tastes, needs, etc. Perfect shopping experience.

Service in helping us find what we wanted was excellent with a girl who had a lot of enthusiasm. At the counter, was a different story with a girl and the other lady who seemed to be annoyed. Our giftwrapped item was even partially dropped rather than handed over. Initial experience was spoiled at point-of-sale.

Beautiful store and really enjoyable experience until you get to the register. The girl at the register looked like she didn't want to be there.do the company a favour and quit if you don't want to be there. Visited on the 30th of April 3pm 2021

Beautiful store setup, large selection of teas. Definitely the place to go if you're a fan of T2 tea. They also provide you with free tastings. Staff are really helpful.

Just been into the store to do a click and collect and I'd never usually write something about my experience in a store but I just needed to put it out there that the member of staff in which served me today was so welcoming and polite. Thank you

Beautiful, friendly knowledgeable girls, big roomy shop with great variety of teas.tasting not happening atm because of Covid but they are all too pleased to offer some suggestions and try their very best to describe the taste & make a recommendation! Just buy Strawberries and Cream! My wife's fave!
More than well worth stopping by!

This is such a lovely store with welcoming atmosphere, the friendly & knowledgeable staff and you cannot walk out of here without buying some tea. We tasted some beautiful teas here at the tasting bar recently, there are so many teas to chose from. The lovely lady that served us brought different teas out for tasting. One of my favourites is the their French Earl Grey.

The service here is outstanding. The staff certainly know how to brighten your day. The tea alone is wonderful but the way the staff treated me was amazing. Love the tea, location and the treatment from the staff.
