I adore this T2! The entire store is always prepared and carefully thought out. I enjoy the idea of being entirely paperless too which is wonderful as part of the companies initiate towards the environment! The service is always lovely and very knowledgeable and it is a store I will always visit when in the Westfields!

Wonderful tea shop fresh packets of imaginable flavours to suit everyone China t pots cups out of this world large variety to choose miss taste sample jugs of teas because of covid I think.

I love the T2 Teas, so many varieties of teabags to choose from I personally love the Japanese Sencha green tea, the matcha powder mmmmmm and the teapots and mugs are super cute. I love the design especially the Moroccan design teapots

I like T2, the tea is superior to other tea, but wish they would have more range in teabags. The tea sets are really beautiful but can never afford them.

This 1 star review is because of the upset caused to me by an employee called Elissa. The items for sale at T2 are expensive but otherwise fine, but buy them from another store and not from Miranda.

Today i purchased some gifts from T2 in Miranda and honestly the girls working in this store need recognition for their customer service. They went above and beyond what is required. Not only where they helpful but thoughtful also, going out of there way to make my purchase so much easier even providing me with a trolley they collected themselves and offering assistance in getting the purchase to my car.

The manager was in the store also, it’s very clear that she is doing a great job with her store and staff.

I'm not a tea drinker but my sister is obsessed. T2 Mirranda had a great selection of teas available to sample and even were kind enough to brew the specific flavour my sister was after. We were looked after with exceptional service by staff a staff member, Ellie I think her name was. She encouraged us to try the teas however when I mentioned that I prefer a warm hot chocolate, she insisted I try the choc chip chai. I was very impressed with her knowledge on the chai and her explanation of the flavours was spot on. I was convinced to give it a go and i LOVED it. Usually I am quite reluctant to try new things but Ellie's product knowledge and her warm customer service made me feel like i was chatting to a friend. I now have a grown up drink to have on the way to work or uni in the mornings! Thank you so much for your amazing help! I will be back to purchase a flask for my amazing chai!

Great service from Frances – very helpful and pleasant, despite me turning-up not long before the shop was due to close for the day. Ended-up buying a lot of things (loose tea, containers, utensils, pots, et c.).

In contrast, her colleague (Elissa) was grumpy, and as a result of her tension, the wrong things were processed and I got overcharged by $48 - and I now need to waste time on going back to T2 Miranda.

Perhaps Elissa had a bad day and was shouted at by previous customers, hence causing her to be anxious. However, the difference in service between Frances (wonderful) and Elissa (simply rude) was night and day.

Don’t know what “Aus Skin” is talking about. Have always received exceptional service from Elissa at the Miranda store! She’s always willing to go above and beyond to ensure I get exactly what I need/want. Thank you, Elissa! Xx

Everyone that works in this store always have a smile on their faces. They always make you feel welcome. Awesome little shop

Great selection of loose tea of all flavours. Always nice to try the brew they have free for samples. There is heaps of cups and accessories too and nice gift packaging available. Indian Spice is really delicious or try the turkish apple as a ice tea.

The customer service here is 10/10. The staff are attentive, friendly and super helpful. The range of teas and accessories here is huge. Free tasters for any of the teas is great if you're on the fence about buying a whole box.

The lovely lady took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and had so my product knowledge! Honestly always go there to if I need to cheer myself up. Great staff!

I have just had the most amazing shopping experience here, Grant was so helpful and informative. He absolutely read my mind with what I was looking for even though I was clueless with anything other than the pretty China! Such a beautiful store with even more beautiful staff. Thanks T2!

I love visiting shops with great experiences and this branch of T2 is exactly that. Very helpful staff, offering many choices but helped me narrow down to what are the best options, including price. Enjoyed this shopping experience a lot, 10/10 will come back.

You could spend a fortune in this store, it's just so lovely to have a mooch around in here. I bought some beautiful tea cups and saucers as Christmas gifts from yesterday. The store is set up and displayed so well, which makes it easier to find that gift you are looking for. The staff here are lovely and so helpful. I tried some tea tastings and bought tea for myself and breakfast chocolate. One of my favourite stores in Miranda fair
