T Galleria By DFS, Sydney reviews
20A lovely shopping complex showcasing designer luxury brands. Very clean and an open layout design makes for a pleasant shopping experience.
The perfume area in 4th floor is a little bit small and not abundant enough (even though the whole floor is about cosmetics & perfumes). It is a pity that you cannot find a product of Serge Lutens or Chanel. However, due to the meticulous shopping guide, it still deserves a 3~4 star review. Hope to see more perfumes one day.
Professional and friendly staff make our visits so much more fun. Their range of products are broad and diverse. Not a place to go to if you're worried about finding amazing bargains because you will.
We visited the Burberry boutique in T Galleria on 6th march. We were very warmly welcomed by Casey, we were very warmly welcomed n looked after by her. She helped us with the selection n sizes of the clothes. We will definitely go back to Burberry and shop with Casey.for her.
We're regular customers here and it's because of the service we receive. The added bonus is how some prices are such a temptation, you end up with an unexpected bargain.
The ambiance places you in a good mood, the brightness makes the visuals colourful and the brands make the experience worthwhile.
I did not enjoy my experience at the GUCCI store here. I walked in and was looking to purchase a pair of sneakers when the attendant in her broken english advised me that they were closing and she could not serve me. She suggested I visit the other city store instead. Yet I saw people at the other stores within the centre still shopping. I wont be returning to this Gucci store again. They need to service every customer until the clock ticks to closing time, they lost a sale by not wanting to uphold the correct closing time.
Way too expensive.please visit DFO instead for better deals.after all "SAVING MONEY IS MAKING MONEY"
Seems to not communictate if you are not from mainland China. I had my Japanese friends over and simple questions prompted many “Sighs” from them. What kind of service is that? Sighing from questions. I’m Asian too but no way I’m going back there. Management - please sent your staff to Japan and learn about service. Actually, teach them how to speak English for a start.
Bad experience
Staff in Guerlain forgot to give me tax invoice to custom
Bring too many inconveniences
If have 0 star I would give it. Badly service. Some staff are racist. If you're not Chinese you cant get a good service from them.my friends and me were uncomfortable with them. Especially, Staff who work at Jurlique shop, short hair and wear red clothes cut in the front of me for grab some goods on the shelves without say sorry or "excuse me". No manner
I would not recommend to come here.
Duty free shop that just you would be imagined. It's not bad but it's just for people wants to buy something expensive during a trip
I passed by T Galleria from Circular Quay while walking to the Rocks Market and thought I would just checked inside. I wanted to buy something there but the items here were a bit pricier than the duty free shop in the airport. Since I could wait, I decided to postpone my purchase.
The only duty free on the spot shopping centre in Australia. Mostly branded stuffs, they are pretty small but u can place order before hand
Staff are racist and don't speak English. If you're not Asian you'll be watched with suspicion and followed around. Don't bother.
The Galleria by DFS. DFS is part of the world's leading luxury duty-free retail group and it is located in Sydney's historic precinct, The Rocks. Any visitors would appreciate the rich history this area has to offer and it is just steps away from the famous Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
The new duty-free retail spaces offer customers an exciting modern retail experience that combines 150 of the world's most famous luxury brands with an expertly curated selection of international and domestic products. The refurbished space is airy and spacious with some natural light. It features a clean minimal modern design and surprisingly, fits well within the heritage building.
I would give 0 star if I can. First, staff did not speak English fluently. Staff kept bring me a wrong product and had to keep ask her to show me a correct product. Staff here can't complete a simple task and unfriendly. If you are not Chinese speaker, please be aware that you will not get you want to.
Don't bother unless you are Chinese with lots of money. What a dated ugly garishness building, tacky shopping catered for the mainland, rich Chinese with loads of money and things are overpriced here not much anyone would want or can afford. Those tacky designer brands that sold here is so ugly like who wears them anymore? These days head to toe in designer gear just look so wrong and irrelevant. Been here once never want to come back Asian staff can barely speak good English and not friendly service. Wont come back not recommended.
Can you please change your opening hours online and on the door! Says 11: 00-8: 00 pm and it’s actually 11: 00-7: 00 how inconvenient!
I would have given a zero star. Staff on level 4 stare at you without greeting and they appear too busy talking among themselves. Some cut in in front of you to grab things from the shelves without saying a word. This happened to me 3 times by the same staff. I would rather spend more $ and get better service. Will not return or bring any friends here again.
Pretty much caters to the obnoxious mainland Chinese tourists only.
Check prices before you buy anything here. There is a good chance you can get it cheaper outside or back at home.
