I booked in for an induction acupuncture session at 40 weeks pregnant on Tuesday afternoon. I was in early labour by Wednesday morning and baby was born that evening. Thanks Jeff!

I came in with ongoing neck stiffness and headaches around my eyes and temples that I couldn’t shake off. I was very sceptical and nervous when I started. Jeff has been amazing in diagnosing and treating, my headaches have almost disappeared and neck stiffness is so much better. I feel so much lighter in my upper body now. I've been seeing Jeff Fricot for the past five months. I originally went to see if I could get some help with my chronic back pain. On my very first appointment, I was also having some problems with my shoulder from the way I had slept on it the night before. He treated that first and the pain immediately went away and I had full mobility of my shoulder again. He has also worked on my emotional state in relation to my bipolar. I can't believe the difference the acupuncture has made. I'm on less medication for my bipolar as it has stabilised, and I'm taking less pain medication for my back with only needing to now take on an as needs basis and not daily like before. I'm feeling so much better all round and he has treated my whole body and mind, not just the initial things I went in for. He is also a really nice person and very intuitive, being able to read my moods within minutes of arriving, and treating what was presented each day and just not the same routine treatment each time. We started with twice weekly appointments and have now been able to reduce to monthly appointments. I'll be continuing as I can see and feel the benefits to both my physical and mental wellbeing. Can't recommend highly enough!
