7 Awful experience - Over the past two days, I have been diligently attempting to book an appointment through your provided contact. Unfortunately, this experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening.
I booked my preferred time online and missed the initial call back. Despite making multiple calls to your designated appointment line, no one has picked up the phone to assist me. I have requested for call back by selecting call back option. Regrettably, I have not received a single response from your team. This lack of responsiveness has not only wasted my time but also left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.
I believe in the importance of effective communication and prompt customer service. My experience so far has left me questioning the quality of service I can expect from synergy medical imaging centers. I had hoped for a smoother and more efficient process when scheduling this appointment.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I still require the appointment I have been attempting to book, and I would appreciate it if someone could promptly reach out to assist me.
Customer satisfaction should be a top priority, and I trust that you will take this feedback seriously to improve your appointment booking process.

So impressed by the professionalism and friendliness shown by absolutely everyone I had the pleasure of meeting there today. My Dr ordered urgent CT and Ultrasound today and they dealt with the situation with kindness and empathy and despite not finishing until 4.45 they made sure results were sent to my Dr by 5.30
Extremely efficient and professional. I had a very satisfying experience in a very busy practice. I had no waiting and was spoken to with care & respect. Thankyou.

Disappointing & Discriminatory, Disgusting, Against People's Personal Medical Decisions. Drove there quickly after work got a referral from a dentist I've Been in Pain During Lockdown. They Turned me away. They are suppose to take pride in being a service that assists in people's health. Shame On You. Synergy Radiology Rouse Hill & Norwest (Sydney NSW) and all. So Even From December 1,2021, when open to ALL Boycott Synergy Radiology REGARDLESS. Thankfully Another Xray Local Service We're Friendly & Welcoming Regardless!
