Okay, so I have had back issues for the past 10 years +. It got really bad last year and I went to Synergy. This was the best choice I have ever made. They combine chiro with message. They help with getting to the root of the problem. I was able to sleep on my stomach for the first time in 6 years. I can bend over and dress my self and kick a ball with my son without any stiffness next morning, something I have haven’t been able to do in a very long time.
I was told over and over again that my back pain is permanent and I should take medication for the pain but coming here has changed everything. Changed my well-being and the way I live my life. The team works with you to find the root of the problem and they guid you with certain exercises that you can do at home. Come and see Dr Allen and Suzanne and see the results for your self. This place has changed my life and they can change yours. I have seen many specialists in the past 10 years + and Synergy is life changing. What they have done for me goes beyond just a thank you.

Been seeing Dr Allan for back adjustments and Suzanne for remedial massage for a few years now. They are both by far the best in the business and I 100% recommend them. Dr Allan concentrates on identifying the issue, fixing it quickly, then offering good advise to prevent it. Unlike other practitioners who want to see you every week for months - don’t have the time or money for that! And Suzanne, is the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She knows her stuff, very intuitive and I totally trust her.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else, Alan is a fountain of information, I have been going to him for almost 20 years. His work breathes life back into you, GO SEE HIM!

Saw the chiropractor for the first time yesterday. Very well of knowledge and had very accurate assessment of me by mentioning a few words and not providing a full history. Got a follow up call the following day to ensure that I’m doing okay.

Only thing poor about this is that the receptionist is quite abrupt, even when answering a phone call. Can be a bit of a throw-off, but the receptionist isn’t the chiropractor, and happy I made the decision to proceed with my appointment.

Alan was great! I saw him for TMJ, and I never thought I could get any result/change in my face. But just after one week of doing what he recommended, I have finally got my confidence back! Highly, highly recommend! This was after 7 years of struggling with what I now know was a muscle spasm. Great TMJ specialist!

I have been going to this practice for over 12 years now. All of my family now see him, so do my relatives. Alan is the only person to see for your problems. Absolutely fantastic.

I have been seeing Allan for few months now to deal with a neck and back problem that i have been suffering for years before finding out about him. I have been to many doctors and taken medications that were of no help. I didn’t see comfort and results until i started getting acupuncture done with Allan. He has helped me a great deal and feel so much better after i get treatment from him especially given i work a heavy labour job that affects my body. I highly recommend Allan and his staff they are incredible at what they do and so accommodating all the time.

Dr Allan is most knowledgeable
