Did half head foils and not happy with how it turned out at all. My hair is very dry now and colour is not what I wanted.

Unfortunately as friendly as she is, it was an apprentice that dyed my hair. I just didn’t appreciate that I didn’t have a say in this and it was of the same price. This was done last year but the more i hear from others, I realised that I should have been informed prior.

I walked in hoping to get a blow dry, but Miriam not only provided the best and friendly service I had in a long time, but also educated me on so many hair tips! The strengthening treatment was fantastic and I left feeling fabulous. Thank you! I'll let my friends know and I'll be looking out for an organic hair salon back in New Zealand!

Booked the June/July deal with Gulay and was happy from start to finish. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and was really accommodating throughout. Love my hair and would definitely come back and recommend to friends:)

I asked for a icy cool toned blonde with face framing and they did amazing, best colour i’ve ever gotten. I had a PPD allergy going in but they used PPD free toners on me and I had no allergic reaction. Extremely happy with the result and highly recommend?

I had the best salon experience of my life today. I was seen by Yuki for a root color and to tone down my highlights. I just moved back from the U. S.to Australia after 10 years abroad and was searching for a new hairdresser. I’m glad to say, I’ll be a customer for life. I spent hours searching for a salon that uses non-toxic, natural products in Sydney and there were very few that fit the bill. This salon uses all organic, natural products and they are very high quality. Yuki explained the products she was using in detail and the reasoning behind which color tones we were going to use. She was meticulous with the whole service especially the color and provided the best hair wash/scalp massage I’ve ever had. I also had a lovely eucalyptus hot towel covering my scalp while the toner set. The salon is very clean and the environment and atmosphere is so calm and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be returning to see Yuki soon! Thank you for the fabulous service!

Colour corrected my blonde hair that my previous long term salon turned green and didn’t acknowledge. I love how Chantal also studies and focuses on hair health/science. I’m surprised that today more don’t. I’ve just become a fan for life.

Had my hair cut & coloured there recently. Happy with service provided, especially the colour. Love the choice of drinks, including nice chilled wine with nuts. Place was clean if not a little noisy when busy! Was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Only negative is I wish the head massage was longer and stronger! All in all, good experience so I will return again.

Chantal is a pro- gets you without having to say too much, knows what you want and mean even without pics. Knows what would look good

One of the best hair salon experiences I've ever had! Rochelle who managed my balayage and cut was really professional, experienced and more importantly friendly. She achieved the colour that I have been asking other hair salons for years, in one session. My hair looks so beautiful! I gave her a vague idea of what I liked/disliked at the beginning and she crafted the rest! What a star.or a magician I should say

All other staff were also super friendly and nice and made me (9months pregnant) feel comfortable.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend! I'll be back for sure.
