Clothes were cleaned okay but take care when served by a lady called janeene she will fluff up your laundry to the next price level when I complained they argued with me and tried denied it

Needed my suit drycleaned for the next day.
Keira dry cleaners let my wife know I would be able to pick up by 4pm, the same day after dropping off at 11am.

Life savers, can't thank them enough!

Attended today in the hope of getting 2 pairs of pants cleaned this week. One lady who was serving someone else was quite pleasant. I wished I waited to be served by her. The lady I had, told me it would be next week. When I indicated I needed it this week I was unpolitely told that they work on a week turnaround and to keep this in mind. I was asked when I wanted them done by and I indicated this week sometime. This was able to be done but the manner in which I was spoken too made me decide to try elsewhere. I mentioned that I would be doing this only to be told 'who else in the Illawarra could do that. ' Answer - a friendly place in Corrimal. (not your branch up here either).

Response to response from owner. I have no issues about you planning on needing a week given the matters of weather etc that you refer too. That is totally understandable. The issue is in the way I was dealt with because I asked politely about the possibility of getting them done this week. In relation to the comment about showing patience, the ladies may recall that I opened a door for a female customer and allowed her to be served before me. I was in no rush or a bad mood. You will recall I was positive about the other lady who was working. I did not 'snatch' the trousers. I simply picked them up off the table they were on when I said I was going to try elsewhere. Yes I did get an unsolicited call to discuss things this morning with the manager, but like your response here, I felt the issues I had raised were being dismissed and so I did ask to end the unsolicited call and not be contacted again. But what was also discussed was that yes I have been using your business on and off over the years, so to have this incident happen highlights the issue, but you left that out of your response. As I also raised with your manager, you only need to look at the recent reviews your business has received to see I am not the only one to raise this kind of issue, but you left that out also. Thank you for the offer to speak about the matter but I will respectfully decline. To the lady who was also working that did not serve me, but rather served the female customer I opened the door for, my review is no reflection upon you. I am positive if I had been served by you it would have been a pleasant experience.

Beyond disappointed and upset.
I took my items to this dry cleaner on Tuesday and although the woman at the front desk was exceptionally rude and was huffing and grunting they advised they could have my 3 items required for a wedding that weekend to collect 4pm Thursday.
At 3.57pm Thursday they called to say items not ready, I asked if they could be ready for Friday to which the reply was they didn’t know. They stated they would check and call back. At 4.28pm they called back and stated my items “could not be located” and that they therefore would not be ready and that I could come in on Tuesday to speak to the manager if I wanted to complain.
The woman on the phone also said we do have your black Parker cleaned, you can wear that to the wedding and finished by saying “I’ve offered you a solution, I’m not sure what else you want”.
I will never use this dry cleaner again. The service was appalling, they did not deliver what they said they would and they lost my items.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I brought some clothes in two weeks ago, had a pleasant lady serve me. Came in to pick them up and drop off some others and was served by an older lady, who gave me the name Jane, who was rude and condescending. Wasn’t sure it if she was just having a bad day but unfortunately she was working again when I picked up the next lot and was still unpleasant. Had hoped to be served by someone else to be able to speak about it in person but unfortunately not.

I have never been spoken to so rudely ever by a shop assistant. I went there after talking to someone on the phone about having my husbands suit dry cleaned in a short time frame. The lady on the phone said yes to he could do it. So I had done the right thing by myself phoning ahead. Only to get there and be absolutely abused and told basically how dare I expect it to be done so soon. I was in a fragile state as it was actually for a funeral we had to attend. I got in the car and burst into tears. I have never felt so belittled in my life. While I understand how busy they may be there was absolutely no need to be spoken to in such a manner.

The woman that runs this dry cleaner was extremely rude and disrespectful to me when I took my two jackets in for dry cleaning. In a rude unprofessional manner she asked me how old are these stains in a rude voice. DONT GO THERE. Disgusting customer service.

Impeccable timing and service. Got 2 suits done within 36h and 5 shirts with heavy stains (wine) perfectly cleaned. The lady even said it may be a waste of money for one of the shirts but I said to give it a go anyway, it worked!
Will be my go-to from now on.

Today i dropped off clothing to be Dry Cleaned when i went inside i was greeted with hello can i help you. Followed by you don't have to park in the car space were i parked to be told see that car there its mine and you just missed it by holding her fingers up i didn't touch the car i just park i was upset the way she spoke to me.

The worst laundry I have ever been to. Firstly, unprofessional for the customers. Their quality work was very poor. I took 5 brand expensive garments but only 1 garment had no issues. They did not remove stains and made it bigger on my t-shirt which is my make up staff. The cardigan I got it from Japan was stained from the shop, the colour was uneven and completely different (It should be more white). Also, found after they dry cleaned, the care label on my shirt says no dry-clean but haven't heard anything even when they are checking the label and it shrunk a lot (too small for me now). These all garments I have not worn more than 3 times that are more than $1000 but I do not want to wear anymore as it is all destroyed! I had to visit 3 times to complain about this but did not get a refund anything and did not hear a proper apology.

Through their agent I expressed a need to have a dry clean done and suit ready for pickup in 2 days at time of drop off due to travel for a special event. After being assured that would happen I left my 2-piece suit for cleaning. Went to pick the suit up 2 days later and it was not returned as Synergy failed to make their usual run to the agent to deliver the suit for collection.

The very apologetic agent had to make 3 phone calls before Synergy answered and was told that the next delivery would be Friday, but the suit was ready. I then called directly and arranged to collect the suit so that I had it for travel. Apart from a hollow apology there was no offer of any compensation (i.e. A free dry clean) to try and make up for their failure and the extra cost I incurred as a direct result.

In future I will be checking who the agents actual dry cleaner is and avoiding Synergy after this abject failure.

Just popped in this week to the Kiama Store and was pleasantly surprised by how great the shop is looking. The lady working there was so helpful, friendly and i look forward to returning with my laundry.

They did a great job cleaning my suit. It had been treated poorly but they got all the stains out of it.

A huge thanks you to the lovely ladies of Gina and Jane who helped me out in my time of need and distress this morning when I went to collect my wedding gown but had reservations about the alterations that had been done. They encouraged me to try it on so they could give me their honest opinion, for which I was truly grateful. Thanks so much for going out of your way to assist me in my decision, and for doing such a fabulous job of pressing my dress, helping me to try it on and giving me your honest opinion. Thanks also for being so supportive and for your best wishes for my wedding day - I truly appreciated everything you did for me and would highly recommend your dry cleaning service to everyone.

I will never use this dry cleaner. I certainly would never recommend them. The staff were rude, especially the man, who did not have the courtesy of identifying who he was throughout our conversation. They need to learn how to speak to people appropriately and have more transparency with their customers. I don't think they even deserve one star.
