I cannot begin to explain how helpful and accommodating this business was at very very short notice. They helped me out of a hole and I cannot thank them enough! Their knowledge of embroidery and sewing machines is unrivaled. They have gained a new lifelong customer.

Bought my overlocker here. Service brilliant as was their knowledge of products. Free lessons I would highly recommend, shout out to Lena, I learnt so much in this lesson, can't wait to try all what I learnt at home. Can't recommend you and all the staff here, highly enough.

Synergy alterations couldn't be more helpful late on a Friday afternoon. I had a delicate costume top needing fixing, they went above and beyond to help. I've since returned for alterations and dry cleaning. Great service, great value. Highly recommend these guys.

I second David Johnsons below review. Horrible blunt service, I was spoken to like I was an issue for giving them business. Will not return for this reason.

Height of rudeness. Do not use this business. I went to get some alterations done. My wife pinned my clothes ready (as she has done the last 17 years), but this lady rolled her eyes when I said that and practically insisted they pin them. So I didn't have time to try them on again, so she measures and "pins them properly" from my wifes pins and then says she has to send them out to get altered. So those sewing machines are only there for props then? But just so rude.
