Synergy - Holistic Wellness

Went to Meredith as I was in a lot of pain and my body was very twisted and out of alignment. Meredith started gently with acutonics (vibrating forks) as she placed these on different parts of my body I began to relax and start to let go. This combined with massage helped me to release tension and emotional energy stored in my body. The next day I could stand up straight and my pain had significantly diminished. Two days on I am continuing to improve. Just incredible - hard to explain - just go get yourself some!

I had an acutonics session with Meredith. It was such an amazing experience and I truly feel like she connected with me even before we started. The bowls and tuning forks and then just her own energy were just beyond any other words I can think of! Absolutely amazing, I can’t wait for my next session. She is such a beautiful soul.
