The infra red sauna is a game changer pre massage. I will never have a massage now without the infra red as Patricia my therapist can get into the muscles much deeper without the pain. Highly recommend.

Patricia is an excellent naturopath. She is very kind and caring. She is extremely knowledgeable about natural remedies and all aspects of healthy living. Recently, I discovered that my cholesterol was at an unsafe level. My doctor suggested medication. However, I decided to contact Patricia, who reviewed my blood test results and performed an iridology assessment. She put together an eating and lifestyle plan that was achievable. She supplemented my plan with some herbal remedies. I followed her plan and, after four weeks, my cholesterol returned to a healthy level. My doctor was amazed with the results. I am really thankful to Patricia. I will continue to seek her guidance.

At the beginning of 2022 I saw Patricia for an iridology session regarding
my tiredness and menopause symptoms and during the appointment
Patricia could see a mass in my left breast. I immediately set up blood tests
and a mammogram to confirm that I did in fact have breast cancer. This
was the beginning of my journey with Patricia, her incredible knowledge
of the human body, the importance of good nutrition, exercise, and
breathing led me to make many changes in my life. I did choose surgery to remove my cancer but could not have done it without Patricia's knowledge, guidance, love and support. I truly believe my cancer didn't
spread due to the changes I had put into place with Patricia. I completely
overhauled my diet, the contents in our fridge, pantry and I began to look
closely at the ingredients in everything including our household products
and anything we were using on our skin.
After my surgery I did several detox programs with Patricia, lymphatic,
gallbladder, kidney, liver, gut and today a year after my diagnosis, I am
cancer free and feel amazing. I can't thank Patricia enough for her
knowledge, guidance and support through my journey.
I am still eating exclusive healing whole plant foods, loving life and never felt better. I also meditate, do
yoga and exercise daily which I believe is helping with my healing journey

My work is very physical and I'm no spring chicken. I don't have a favourite masseuse at Symmetry because they are all fantastic at what they do and I always feel cared for whilst there and absolutely amazing relaxed and revealed when I leave.

I recently had a massage with Barbara and she was amazing! She took some time before the massage to find out about my daily activities and see if anything was bothering me in particular. She did a wonderful job working out all of the tightness and checked in with me several times to make sure the pressure was ok. I will definitely be back!

I was incredibly sick from cancer “treatment”, and I was just going backwards, so as you can imagine I’ve been to a few naturopaths over the last decade and had found them all quite “good”, but they were trying to fix a problem without really knowing what the problem actually was. That all changed when I met Patricia at Symmetry Massage.
She leaves them all in the dust!
Everything I thought I knew about diet and well-being was about to be cast aside, and I’m grateful that I had the sense to embrace her approach.
Her method is so, so simple, makes perfect sense and it works. It is a method to which I myself can now attest.
Right from the outset she set out a plan that involved an Iridology/Sclerology examination of my eyes (non- invasive) to establish the root cause of my problem, followed by a dietary regime that set me on a path to not just better health, but best health!
She empowered me with the notion of self-accountability, but more importantly, self-determination, and handed me the tools needed to take charge of my own future health, and ultimately, my life.
It has been testing for me at times but thankfully my journey has been made infinitely easier by Patricia’s guiding hand, nurturing persona, passion for healing through food, and, her knowledge and insight that extends well beyond her years. She has also been my rock when I have faltered.
Every day I am grateful that I met Patricia. The journey is not quite over but my path is based on tangible progress, is rewarding, clear, and has been so from day one.
