I got an express facial from Alex and absolutely loved my treatment. She explained the process throughout the facial and told me exactly what each product was doing to my skin and what to expect but left me to relax whilst the mask and LED light was on - it was the perfect mix of informative and relaxation! I can’t wait for my next facial.

The bespoke facial by Alex was 10/10. Highly relaxing and the high end products leaves your skin hydrated and glowing. Alex does wonders with her hand, I did not want it to end.

What an amazing experience. When talking with Ann it’s like you are speaking to a close friend who only has your best interests at heart. Although I had booked in for 2 procedures she felt it was in my best interest to only go with one then wait and see. It’s this sort of customer service that will have me as a lifelong customer.

Amazing experience with first time masseter Botox! Anne is super patient with answering all my questions and extremely knowledgeable, her bedside manner is top notch, I can’t wait to see the final results in a few weeks - the clinic was really clean and convenient to get to. Would recommend 10/10!
