Started off well going through measurements and selections but haven’t heard anything for over a week now. Left Hardy messages on mobile and landline numbers as well as sms to chase up final outstanding actions prior to order but no reply at all. Very poor service to ignore anyone like this.

We had 3 x shutters installed on our bedroom windows after about a month and a bit wait (had to reschedule several times due to rain which was just unfortunate for us but not the company's fault).

Initially we were not happy with the amount of light coming in thru the grooves in the kids rooms (as we have bricks) however after speaking with Hardie the owner he organised for a technician to come out (Eddy) and install some brackets under the shutters and silicone and we are now very happy with the outcome. They are almost 98% blockout with just a tiny amount of light coming thru the grooves of the bricks which you cant really do much about.

I am very happy with the shutters overall - they are quiet and provide protection from the heat also (not so much for noise though). Also very handy having a remote for them all. Has made a significant difference for heat in the kids rooms which I'm really happy with and they are sleeping much better during daylight savings.

I'm also really happy with the customer service received and that the company cares about making their customers happy. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family who need shutters in the future.

The shutters were installed quickly and they cleaned up the mess. Good price also. The only thing that kind of ruined it for us is that we asked them to come back and check some of the shutters several times and no one has come. Maybe one other thing is that they're a little noisy but otherwise okay.

We have had our shutters installed for almost 12 months now. We couldn't recommend them more highly. It is very pleasing when promises made are kept and installation is first class. Hardy even organised a repair that was necessary when we inadvertently left an awning window open and closed the shutter on it. 10/10 in our books.

I was referred to SydneyWide Shutters by another business that I trusted, and I'm very glad that they introduced me. The quoted price for a 10 window external roller shutter installation was significantly better than the competition, and I was positively surprised by the aggressive time frame they suggested. The installation of the shutters took them a full day, and the electrician took a little longer, but all in all I was very happy not only with how quick everything went, but also with the quality of the work. The shutters are whisper quiet, and being able to move them up or down with several programmed remotes is awesome!
