Great help from the team, was able to get booked in the following day. Technician Jayden was very helpful. Pests I wasn’t even aware of came out within 5 minutes of spray.

I was not very satisfied with the service. First thing was, I was given a time window of 11: 00 to 11: 30 But then I received a message saying they are running behind and will be 20 minutes late (which i was fine with). After that I received a call, saying we are more late and will reach there and 12: 30, I was ok with that too, but then another call saying We will reach at 1: 30 which was 2 hours behind the stipulated time. But they managed to reach till 12: 30 which I am happy with. I moved the furniture (moved the beds to centre of the room) and everything as it was mentioned in the confirmation message, but after the service was done, i checked behind the beds and it was not sprayed. There were very random spots were the spray was not consistent. The last guy I hired also cleaned the spider webs with a broom. I thought that is the normal procedure when the pest control is done, but the webs were not cleaned this time.

Reduced all stars as after only one month of treatment, I am seeing spiders all over my place. The photos attached are from my living area, where 3 spiders were chilling together. I think just the woolies bought sprays have worked better than their treatment.

I dealt with Lyla and Jayden who were really delightful as well as very professional. Jayden did a great job. Not a cockroach to be seen so far.

I have recently used Sydney Wide Pest Solutions to spray my block of units. They were very professional and did everything I asked. We booked for a Friday at midday and they were on time and very helpful. Unlike other pest companies I have used, the SWPS team took their time to explain everything in thorough detail. They were clean and cautious and also wore shoe covers whilst conducting their services. I highly recommend SWPS and will continue to use them for all my work.
