The quality of the product is excellent and a pleasure to use. The installation was excellent and my home was left very clean and tidy. The only negative was that the office staff made an error when putting installation date into their system so the installers turned up at my home when I was overseas. The office staff then contacted my place of work to ask where I was. This was not appreciated and showed lack of competence and professionalism.

Quote professionally done. Listened and provided knowledgeable feedback to design our solution. Quote succinct and easily understood. Job ordered with small deposit. The installer was friendly, fast and highly skilled. Price was good. I highly recommend this group.

An absolute disgrace of a company. We had our fourth cancellation with them over a job that involved repairing all the draws on one of their built in wardrobes. The wardrobes were put in. Sawdust was left buried into the carpet and two weeks later the drawers fell off the runners from poor quality materials used and barely any screws holding it in place.

Didn't show up for the scheduled on site consulting, called the office and be told they forgot about this. Eventually showed up 1 hour later, but wasn't a pleasent consulting. Still haven't received any quotes from them till now, tried to call them to chase it up a couple of times.

Staff are rude and unprofessional… my appointment for an onsite measure got delayed to the weekend and I was left waiting for someone to show up and was informed the job was tagged to a wrong person and he is in office and cannot come … I was okay and asked for a priority appointment within a day or 2 and was informed it’s not possible to move other appointments and was provided the next available for a week out … how is this fair? I asked them to give my appointment higher priority as I was stuffed around twice and they flatly refused … clearly they do not see the mistake on their end … cannot go with such a business as they will not own up to any screw up after they complete work! Happy to take my business elsewhere

Great experience all round: quick and reasonable quote, showing us options at the showroom and changing plans to suit our needs, and quick and easy installation of two built-in robes. Would definitely recommend to others:)

Installation done 25/10 of wardrobe. 1 day Prior to install advised delay on wardrobe door.however incomplete til now. No doors, unusable as incorrect drawers fitted as quote taken was incorrectly and rushed. Once initial install done, no phone call or follow up from them. Followed up a few times to confirm when job will be finished. Agreed on day to come and noted they’ll call when they’ll come. No phone call received.followed up AGAIN on day they said they will come and advised would not show up. I feel communication and care has been poor. People spend good money on this and not even a courtesy call to say when they’re coming or an ETA on vital parts such as a missing door. We’ve had to take time off to be at home and they don’t show up.

Very frustrating! Delays are understandable IF communication has been clear and expectation has been set. It’s been 4 weeks we have an unfinished wardrobe. If this is normal it would have been great to know in advance by company who don’t return phone calls.

Terrible service, canceled appointment after no contact from rep for being late twice for 2 meetings without apologies

We were referred to Fox Wardrobes on the Northern Beaches, but the result was extremely disappointing. We could not even book an appointment for a measure and quote after repeated attempts. Once we finally did book a date, they cancelled on us without notice! We told them if that’s the service we can expect, we will take our.business elsewhere. Surprisingly, they didn’t seem to mind. I guess business must be too good for them. Beware.

Sydney Wardrobe Company replaced our old existing wardrobe doors, at the same time extending the height of the built in wardrobes to give us better access to the space above the top shelf.

The installation was done well, and the installer explained the process and what potential issues could arise given the existing structure.

We are very happy with the result; the new doors are lighter and easier to use than the old heavy ones and give us more accessible storage space.

We had previously used SWC before to do a similar job on a larger wardrobe and the professional job they did with that one gave us confidence in getting them to do this job.

Sydney Wardrobe Company recently supplied and installed a built in robe and walk in robe to our newly renovated home. From the minute Gerard walked in to do the measuring and quoting he was professional and provided great advice and ideas with what we could do with the space. Even through the challenges of COVID impacting their available labour and ability to source some materials, they have been great to deal with. Their installers were on time and very careful throughout the process, leaving us with beautiful robes that we are very happy with.
