Was really nervous going in after reading some of the below comments. But I have to say I was treated with a lot of care and respect. The process was very efficient and the people were really nice and kind. Thank you team!

Had a great experience.
The receptionist and the sonographer were too kind and lovely. The internal check-up was done with great care. Overall, I was happy and satisfied.

I had the worst experience here coming in for my 1st ultrasound at 7 weeks pregnant. The lady who did the ultrasound completely ruined my experience. When I asked about what happens when the probe goes in and whether or not it has any effect on the embryo her answer was “if there was any effect on the baby we wouldn’t be doing this ultrasound would we? ! ” And then when I said that’s not what I meant, I know it doesn’t harm the baby but I’m a bit nervous as it’s my first pregnancy after some fertility issues, she said “do you have sex with your husband while pregnant? ” I stupidly answered her question and then realised she had no right to ask that question and make me feel so uncomfortable about the concerns that I was expressing. Instead of helping me out and making me feel at ease she answered my naive questions with rude remarks and completely destroyed my very first pregnancy ultrasound experience which was meant to be joyful.

I’m going to write a formal complaint against this lady, wish I knew her name which I will find out. She either needs training or needs to do a job where she won’t have to talk to patients.

So unprofessional. 2 times it happened with me. You have an appointment after one hour and they call u and tell you that we are not available to see u as the nurse is not available. As if that is the only person working. It’s really annoying. There is no appreciation of ur time. You are just a number. Very annoying.

Had a scan today and felt like it was rushed and like the sonographer just didn’t want to be there. Disheartening when you explain at the start you’re already anxious and upset as well as upset your husband can’t be there.

When it got to the heartbeat she took about 2 seconds to do it, didn’t tell me that’s what she was doing just skimmed over it. That was the first time I heard it and it was extremely disappointing to just be rushed over.

I also understand that she needs to get the baby in positions to take images but I really didn’t appreciate the constant pushing and hitting my stomach to get that to happen.

I expected better when paying $400.

I had my 20 week anatomy scan done in December 2022. Results were sent to my care provider and the drs report was different to what the ultrasound technician told me during the scan, I phoned to clarify this a few weeks later and was told yes their notes were different and that it would be followed up immediately as I was concerned that my results could of been mixed up with someone else's or just lack of care from a Dr’s report.
More than three weeks went by and no update. I phone again, told the same thing and that I would receive a call back, and felt a little palmed off by the lady on the phone, it’s now been another TWO weeks and still nothing. It’s been more than 9 weeks since my scan.
This is unfortunately not acceptable, especially when you pay close to $500 for a scan. No new report, no certainty that the dr was looking at the right images and they haven’t been mixed up, no offer to come back and follow up, not even a phone call of reassurance or an apology.

For the high end price, the lack of care is shocking. Would not recommend.

Still no contact from SUFW and my care team have still not received an amended report. It is now March… I can see below they’ve gone through the effort to comment a reply to a “bot” review that appeared after mine (so they’ve seen my review) and seem desperate to get it taken down but haven’t bothered to rectify a real review.
Ladies please don’t waste your time here.

Sadly I want to only give this clinic 3 stars. The receptionist was nice and warm friendly and then the sonographer bought us into the room. I had told her this was a second opinion scan so whatever they saw today would be reported by the Dr and was she condescending to me when I said I didn’t have my 7 week scan report or images. She then put the gel on and was pushing so hard I started to get worried. She then did an internal scan and as we were having some anxiety leading up to the scan she started asking me things like “do you have endometriosis” which I don’t. And say things out loud like “having trouble finding the baby because of your cervix you have a retroverted uterus” which was all news to me. We had previously had an ultrasound two weeks ago and wanted to hear the heart beat and we asked
Her if we Could hear it and she gave us a blunt “you’re not supposed to hear the heart beat before 12 weeks” when she could have just turned the sound on? She was very passive aggressive for no reason. My husband and I expected the appointment to be a memorial one but was not.this is our first baby and my husband had to tell her to stop making comments because the way she was coming across was giving me anxiety. The Dr was lovely and reassuring. Probably wouldn’t come back for an ultrasound.

Awful experience. The woman doing my ultrasound was rough, pushy and hurt me. I was scared for my baby and I had to stop her.

Had the cold gel put on me when I flinched She asked me how I looked after my baby in winter if I couldn't handle the gel, I found this comment very inappropriate but I let it go, but when I tried to ask a question about the scan she said I've only started scanning 2 seconds ago and said I will answer it when i get.to it, she was so passive aggressive. I have always had a good experience when I have come to Bella Vista but not today it was horrible.

Super rude staff! Dating scan is a spcial moment for a family of three! Stupid policy asked us to leave wify alone and stay outside with 18mt toddler. Never recommend this place!

I wanted to leave a review as before going for my scan I was nervous to see some negative reviews. Everyone I met was great, particularly my sonographer and the doctor I saw, they made me feel comfortable and explained what they were seeing in the scan. They had a good rapport with each other which was also comforting. They seemed very thorough and I was pleased with how things went. The receptionist was also lovely and welcoming. The doctor I saw was Dr Graham, the sonographer was Amanda, I can't remember the name of the receptionist (sorry).

AVOID

Poor customer service. Partner been trying to book a appointment for 2 weeks. A voice message was left with nothing (no voice) just silence and a hang up.
Don't waste your time of money here.

Lovely receptionist, very kind and friendly. Had to change my booking and had no issues. Highly recommend Dr Kathryn Graham, she was professional, explained everything well and made sure I felt ok every step of the way. Amanda, the sonographer, was also very professional and kept things light hearted with her good attitude. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.

Definitely don’t recommend Bella vista for a ultrasound. We went to get a test done at Bella vista and the Ultra sound was so rushed. She didn’t explain anything literally walked in and out in 2 mins. All we could hear was click, click, click on her keyboard and your done. The person who did the blood test took her time and explained everything and gave us time to ask questions as well.

I would highly recommend this facility to everyone needing to do an ultrasound for any reason. Shereen was such a delight, she made me feel so comfortable during my ultrasound. She is an asset to the company! I will be doing all my ultrasounds in the future at Bella Vista!
So impressed!

Worst service I have ever received from Receptionist via the 1300 number! I will ensure I make it know with every clinic and team I’m under to NOT refer to any of your clinics

The team here are wonderful! Highly professional, great side bed manner and are very caring. I have been to the clinic for several scans and have felt at ease and looked after. They answer all questions and are always wanting to ensure your okay. You get a reminder confirmation and also a link to view all your scans. Thank you for being so amazing! They are pricey however there service makes it worth it!

I have had 3 scans and the NIPT test at this clinic. On each occasion, all staff were lovely and thorough. They answered any and all questions we had about the scans and tests, and took the time to explain what we were seeing on the ultrasounds. As I had a few risk factors, we were very nervous about our baby's health and I can not thank all the staff enough for their support and understanding. The doctor who checked our 20 week scan afterwards also great and she made an effort to speak to us about the results (despite all being perfectly normal) to make sure we were at ease. Thank you for your wonderful service!
