The guy I think his name was Sam, he was absolutely amazing we travelled from Albury Wodonga to find these exact Uggs that I needed to replace he helped us with getting the exact ones was amazing with his customer service definitely was worth the drive. The Uggs are amazing quality I am definitely coming back here for my next pair!

Quality is not the best but okay. Prices the same. The Man is very unfriendly and if you want to try more that 2 shoes on he gets grumpy. We bought 3 pears spend more that 250AUD but didn't even got one bag even if he had some.
