Deceitful. Misleading and unprofessional online advertising. 114mm Lenox Holesaw advertised for $25.50. I Rang the store and confirmed it was in stock and it was $25.50. Upon arrival they tried to charge me almost $50 for this item. I voted with my feet and went to Total Tools. I told them what happened and received a huge discount. Guess who gets my business now?

Got to the shop at 10 minutes to 4 today and daniel was more than happy to take the time to make sure i got the right product and wasnt pressured to rush out. Cheers Mate

Thanks to Ben and other staff for your assistance in purchasing our air compressor and tracking down the last straight line sander in the country for us. Really appreciated help with other items we required as well.
Also had an edge trimmer that needed repair work under warranty and that wasn’t a problem. Very happy customers.

Hi everyone - massive shout out to the boys at Sydney Tools in Port Macquarie, particularly Dan and Stan. Went in there the other day with an issue with my new truck. Asked for some help on the off chance they could spare a couple of minutes. Well…Dan and Stan helped me for over an hour with my vehicle totally unselfishly. Absolutely went above and beyond customer service with great banter and friendly faces on them the whole time! I will definitely be purchasing my gear from these guys in the future and if you want excellent service, do yourself a favour and head down there. Cheers boys!

Sydney tools Port. Wow what service! I asked another Sydney tools shop about a generator and was told it would be a month or so. So I ran Port and got onto a worker (Josh) who was unbelievable he didn't have one in stock but went out of his way to find one. Ordered Friday arrived Monday. Well done Sydney Tools Port and well done Josh. I will be back

I reluctantly entered the Port Macquarie store after my wife had a poor experience previously.
As I entered a salesman said hello and asked if I was OK. I asked for help choosing a Cordless Makita Hammer Drill & Nail Gun.
Half way through asking questions about the drill he pointed to he left me to answer a phone call. I waited a few minutes to see him serving another customer.
There will not be a third opportunity for Sydney Tools to get ma back.

Been today at Sydney tools Port Macquarie. Not for the first time and for sure not the last. What I specifically like is the sales people politeness along with deep knowledge which they share sparingly wether you but or not. Today bought several items. They have took the time to detailed explanations while learning my needs and providing their best solution along with an attractive fair price. Grant, the sales man that took care of me, even put it all up for me, and took away all the cardboard and rapping material. Saving me lots of time and head ace. Excellent shop which I highly recommend, especially if you're lucky enough to be served by Grant.

This place is a joke, they need to get a manager in there that has half a brain cell and sticks to his word if you ever purchase from here i hope u never go through the same experience i have trying to be refunded
