Shocked to see how dirty my tiles were before they have cleaned it. They are professional from start to finish and not that expensive. I've organised to get them in on a regular basis to keep my floor clean.

Unreliable, unprofessional and unhelpful - look elsewhere!

This business sends lots of 'confirmation' emails and texts reminding you of the appointment - and to have your payment method ready. Then they change the time by many hours and fail to turn up at all - and leave you waiting without a any phone call/voice message or text from them.

We had to call them numerous times as they did not respond to texts or emails. We should have looked elsewhere but so much time had already been invested.

The 'technician' finally visited and did the job, two weeks later and hours later than the organised time on the revised day. After he left we found the light switch around a replaced tile is no longer working. It was fine before. So, now we need an electrician. Despite further phone calls about this, the business will take no responsibility and refuses to help repair the damaged electrical connection or pay/share the costs.

Give this business a wide berth. They are cowboys. Look elsewhere!
