What exceptional service and knowledge. Wish I found this place 2 years ago to get all my house needs. What few items I ordered for my last renovation needs Ranya has delivered every time with no order being too difficult. Anytime I called with can you get me this Ranya's response would be leave it with me, I'll see what I can do and sure enough she delivers every time. Very happy customer!

Exceptional knowledge, customer service and competitive pricing!

These guys really, really know what they're doing. I'd done a ton of research and been to a few stores. I went into Sydney taps and they knew the products in the market backwards and had stock out on display of ALL the big brands.

I went in to browse tapware. I came out with an order for all my tapware, shower-ware, custom vanity and a toilet.and I could not be happier.

Pricing was reasonable and a particular mention to Ranya, who's knowledge of the market is just extraordinary and she spent a couple of hours helping me make decisions I've been faffing about for weeks. I just wish this had been the first store I'd visited!

Excellent selection of products @ Sydney Taps. Modern design, and competitive pricing for high quality goods. Ranya helped us, she was just great with her job. The Recommendations she made has really came together. Our renovated bathroom looks luxurious like a resort, couldn’t be happier. Special mention to also Ranya’s customer service which has gone over & beyond, she helped us to secure the last few feature tiles we needed to complete our bathroom. We would otherwise had to wait for 2 weeks for the tiles to be couriered over from QLD. Big thank you to Ranya & team Sydney Taps. We will be back agin for future.

Sam is very personable and helpful. Our builder didn't inform us that we couldn't change our shower mixer till the day our order arrived (and Sam even made sure it will get there within our very tight timeframe). He quickly restocked our order to a different colour, refunded the mixers we no longer need and again, sorted that out very quickly within a week so the builders can be kept on schedule. Further, their prices are a lot more reasonable. We got a quote from another bathroom place for the exact same items and they were almost 100 bucks more.

Sydney Taps showcases an extensively, competitive range and on my visits I received excellent customer service from Ranya. After wasting time online and visiting other show rooms it was a relief when Ranya listened to my plans, budget and concerns managed efficiently to source the products, researching online if necessary, offered discounts and impeccable service. I'll be back:)

Visited showroom 3 weeks ago and still waiting on quote! I am renovating 3 bathrooms and so the list of product isn’t exactly small
Ie, from tiles to robe hooks. I spent at least an hour and a half looking and deciding on what was required. I called a week later and left a message for Ranya (who looked after me on the day) with no return phone call. I called again a few days after that and she happened to pick up the phone. Told me she will check her emails and I confirmed my email and still no quote. What a joke and big waste of my time.

Calim and others helped me here. They are ultimately cheaper then anyone once you compare. That includes the online stores like bathroomsales etc, they beat those prices and have the same/better range and you can view it not guess from photos. They even ordered in stock they didn't have that I wanted and beat the price on those as well. They are trustworthy - there was a dispute if an item was actually given to me or not after the sale. Instead of making a drama and fuss one call and Calim professionally and quickly fixed the issue.

They know that are doing, can inform you in decisions, are cheaper, huge range in store and can be trusted. Go here. I will be in the future.

Ps: I completely broke them with call after call, questioning. Changing my mind, making them requote this list goes on and they never were unprofessional or short with me.

We are doing bathroom and laundry renos located on northern beaches. Visited a great number of showrooms and this was case of save the best for last. They have a great showroom, the right brands we were looking for and excellent customer service. Ranya and Callum on the floor were super efficient with invoices, communication and answering any questions. The warehouse were also great with organising delivery. I love this business. They have helped me several times now. My latest project is a massive extension and addition involving 2 new bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry. My Architect specified all the usual high end tapware, baths etc.but the team at Sydney Taps found almost exact substitutes without compromising the look or quality.and saved me thousands. Highly recommend them
