I requested a fee proposal for some basic residential surveying work. Sydney Surveyors replied quickly, but instead of providing a fee proposal (or asking any relevant questions) they just sent a two lined email that was super rude. Kind of a weird way to operate a business tbh.

Sydney Surveyors were available within a reasonable time frame. They made an appointment and arrived on time. The completed survey was available within 7 days. Their service was prompt, polite, efficient and on time.

We had our new property surveyed out at Gosford. The boys arrived on time and did everything that was required of them. Very happy with the end result.

Everything was communicated to us in an easy to understand, no nonsense manner and we were issued an affordable quote that ultimately saved us a small fortune. I’m pleased to report that the surveying was completed well within the deadline specified to us by council.

Worst and arrogant surveyor. I engaged him to do a survey, tried to get in contact with him but never returned my call or response to my email. I was urgently trying to get my land surveyed but not having any response from him so I engage another surveyor and he did it within 3 days. When I went to lodge with LPI, they told me to get consent from Sydney Surveyors for the PPN number. I went to Sydney surveyor and they told me to first pay bill of more than $2,000. I was shocked to hear that they have held me for ransom. I have to pay them for work that I never used. I would never recommend Sydney Surveyor.they are cheaters of the system. Hopefully no other customer is cheated and ripped off and betrayed like this.

My husband and I recently completed extensive renovations to our property in Smithfield. We were going owner/builder for the first time so had no experience with this whole process. We chose Sydney Surveyors on a recommendation and we could not have been happier with Ian and the guys. They looked after us from the start of construction where they set out the location of the extension before the excavation could start and then came back when we were finished and did the final surveys required by the certifier for our Occupation Certificate. They knew exactly what we needed to have done which was so reassuring for us as most people know renovating can be a nightmare.

We have used Sydney Surveyors for several projects over the years and have always been greatly appreciative of the time and effort they have put in. Council is a nightmare to deal with, so it's nice to know we can trust the lads at SS to look after us.

Literally had a man from Sydney Surveyors break in to my girlfriends home to try and survey the neighbours fence. One housemate was so terrified of an intruder she locked her self in the bathroom until the man eventually left through our front. If you enjoy break and entering then these are the people for you. They are lucky the police were not called and the man was not charged. We had no idea what was going on.

These guys are great!

We were under the pump and had limited time to get things organised, really appreciate the help, guidance and outcome we got.
