I was given Mohammad's number from another plumber friend as I was made aware of a leak at home. I called him and within 45 minutes Mohammad and his boys were at my place and set up with an already idea of the leak location. Very unprofessional and Abusive.
I was driving car with my 8 weeks ond my Wife. This guy came in front of our car while driving carelessly and stop car infront of us. I have video proof to justify.
After I gave him horn rather than he appologise he slowed down his car and while taking a turn on roundabout he said park your car in the street I will tell you. And started yelling.

Very unprofessional guy.

Thank you Mohammad for your assistance on my blocked sewer. I called on Friday afternoon and he was willing to come later that day. Mohammad paid attention to what jobs were required to be fixed. He provided solutions and gave quotes prior to carrying out the work. He provided neat and professional work with all the jobs. He communicated with us throughout the jobs and he has a very positive outlook carrying out his work.

I had an urgent water leak under my kitchen sink late at night. I texted Mohammad and he responded very quickly. We agreed on a fair price and then he came over right away. Contacted Mohammad for a leak from the bathroom to the hallway and the adjoining room. He was very helpful and was able to accommodate my request to come next day. Mohammad was very efficient & identified the leaking spot very quickly which other plumbers had not been able to. He did a fantastic job and stopped the leak by replacing the burst expansion pipe. I engaged Sydney Side Plumbing for resolution of a blocked sewer issue after being unsatisfied with a quote from a different plumbing service. Mohammad was highly professional, and had the right tools and skills needed to do the job. I am so glad I engaged Sydney Side Plumbing. My issue was resolved in quick time and saved me thousands of dollars when compared with the competitors option.

I was also impressed by the fact that Mohammad had another job to get to that afternoon and was working as quickly as possible to resolve my issue, yet ensured I was comfortable with the resolution and price. He took the time necessary to show me the results of his work and share video evidence.

Called Mohammad Sunday afternoon about a blocked drain. Unlike other "24 hour" plumbers, he answered his phone and we booked in for Monday morning. He arrived within his promised window and had the problem fixed quickly, explaining his work as he went. Even made some preventative maintenance recommendations. Recommended.

Two previous plumbers couldn't detect the source of the leak (one of them recommended redoing the gas line for $6k), so we turned to Sydneyside Plumbing and they swiftly located and fixed the problem with professionalism and expertise. They went the extra mile by removing cabinetry, finding the leak in challenging areas, and ensuring everything was back in order (even taking the time to re-organize our spice rack!). They also stayed behind and did a pressure test to see everything's in order.
