Very good real estate agency, especially sister Reina, very enthusiastic and professional

Have been dealing with Sydney realty for some time now and Reina has always been so professional and easy to deal with. So glad we have such a great team in Zetland to deal with.

I had a terrible experience with Sydney Reality Group. As soon as I signed the contract for my apartment, one month later, they informed me that it was going to be put up for sale. After they sold it, they called me asking if I would be willing to leave. I told them I understood the circumstances and would be willing to move out if they helped with the costs. However, even after finding a new apartment exactly as I wanted, they wouldn't allow me to move, with William constantly pressuring me and making me feel rushed.

Things only got worse from there. They went back on their decision and started pressuring me to leave, causing me anxiety and being rude to both me and my partner. In the end, they forced me to move out in just one week, without giving me enough time to find a place I truly wanted to live in. The whole process was mentally exhausting, and they showed no empathy whatsoever. They even accused us of things we didn't do in the apartment, like putting holes in the wall, and wanted to deduct it from our bond.

It was a horrible experience, and I would never recommend this real estate agency to anyone.

Clean professional office with a good combination of sales and management staff so they where able to help me with any and all questions related to real estate.

I’ve had a good experience with this company as a tenant. Their staff Yandi and reina has gone above and beyond to help me move into different properties. I’ve tried other companies and they are not as helpful in finding a new place to move in. Would highly recommend them as agents to go to.

Absolutely shocked with how we were treated by this real estate. We were lied to, both in writing and In person by Yandi, and Vivien saying that we had to move about because the “owners wanted to move back in” only to see our old rental back on the market for rent this week. This was all because of bias disputes with downstairs neighbours. We did everything within our legal boundaries, proved many times to Sydney realty group that we were not the ones in the wrong here, yet they still went down the path of lies and throwing us out like a used bag. Good luck to the new tennants who have to deal with those crazy neighbours and good luck to you dealing with the same issue. We are taking the matter to fair training as we were treated EXTREMELY unfairly, spending thousands on removalist costs, over lapping rent and days off work trying to find a new place. All could of been resolved if we were not lied to. Stay away from this agency.
