I have a pair and they're nice comfy uggs. I also ordered a pair for my partner and then ended up needing to exchange for a larger size, Lisa was super helpful and swapped them, no charge for the return postage even.

I have always been very happy with the quality of the products from this company. The service provided has also been excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Just bought a lamb skin rug online last night (July 21) and they are very very professional. I email them asking if they can deliver to me before July 28 so I can take it back to Canada and they send the item to me this afternoon. Amazing service! The rug is perfect. I bought the UGG for myself a year ago when I was living at the house. It was so cold there but these boots kept me warm. This year, I’ve decided to surprise my partner with pair of slippers. He was so happy to see how well they are done, how warm they feel. As for me, I loved the price. It’s much cheaper then at the store.

Excellent quality ugg boots. After buying cheaper Chinese made ugg boots which fell apart shortly after wearing them for the first time, the Sydney Rams Aus ugg boots are well made, comfortable and look great. The personal touches you receive in the package make a huge difference to the purchasing experience. Good job Sydney Rams, another Australian success!

I've been buying slippers here (and steering wheel covers and sheep skins for newborn babies) for years. Just bought myself a new pair of slippers and the quality is still the best. I expect these will last a good 5 years like the last pair. Thanks everyone there at Rams for still providing what we need in lockdown. I ordered one day and they were delivered the next. Lisa was very helpful.

I recently bought a pair of Ugg boots from Sydney Rams and I'm very pleased with them - so warm and comfortable! The price was very good, the service was excellent and I was even told that I could bring them back for repair any time, free of charge! Highly recommended.

Terrible quality and refused refund. I bought a pair of their uggs at the popup store at Tuggerah Westfield on April 22,2021. Two months later, their innersoles are already balding. One so badly, that the fleece is completely gone in a patch about 5-6cm wide, and it's gummy. I contacted Sydney Rams on June 30,2021, but was told by Lisa Chen that the balding "is considered wear and tear rather than defect caused by manufacturing and I cannot provide a refund for this". In other words, they think two months of normal wear is an acceptable lifespan for a $149 pair of uggs. I'll be contacting Fair Trading.

UPDATE: In reply to Sydney Rams: 1. Why would I want a replacement when you believe that balding after two months is acceptable. 2. RE the way I've worn my boots: I sit at my desk all day, and occasionally walk from one end of the house to the other. 3. RE my "demanding attitude": I said "please respond within 24 hours" because you took 5 days to reply to me after I sent you photos of the faulty innseroles. And then you had the temerity to suggest I was wearing my uggs "incorrectly"! Without ever asking how I wear them! It was a Tuesday when I gave you 24 hours to respond. You chose to dismiss my concerns and your responsibilities, so after waiting 48 hours, I posted my review and contacted Fair Trading.

I bought a pair of UGG deluxe boots from Sydney Rams for my husband, they are really very soft, the wool is very thick and warm, And I know this is high quality wool, a real sheepskin boots, the toes always press the feet when wearing other sheepskin shoes before, but this deluxe boots is very well designed, it is very suitable for wearing broad toes, my husband and I like it very much! We Will definitely come back to get another one!

We bought a pair of ugg boots for my husband and a pair of slippers for myself about three months ago. Michael, the salesperson who served us at his pop up stall in Penrith Westfields, was friendly and provided a quality service at reasonable price. We have been very pleased with the great quality of the product also. Super warm and comfy!

Had my last outdoor UGG with them and it lasted my 10+ years. Recently I bought a new button one for indoors. The old one still useable, only the back of the sole is 1/2 worn off, and the insoles is no longer fluffy after 10 years of wearing.

I had a pair of Sydney Rams Uggs that I bought I don't know how long ago. What I do know is that in 2014 I bought some competitor's Uggs because I thought the old pair needed replacing. For some reason I kept the Sydney Rams pair. It's a good thing I did because after a few years my toes broke through the competitor's shoes. I went back to the Sydney Rams shoes and have been wearing them ever since. I just bought a new pair of Sydney Rams Uggs even though I think the old pair still had a year or two left in them.
