Love this shop. I buy heaps of decorations and dress ups from here. The manager Shannon always goes out of her way to help me and is a pleasure to do business with.

Huge store with large variety of stock and lovely workers who are always very helpful.very competitive prices, especially for ballon arrangements, which are always done beautifully.this store has practically anything you could ever need for any party, would recommend over anywhere else in the area

Biggest party store I've ever been to! Such a wide varieties of pretty much everything you need in 1 entire store! Highly underrated and a hidden treasure! Their cost of ballokns helium is so much cheaper than anywhere else I've been and they are so accommodating and can do it on the spot for you last minute peeps like myself! I could spend hours in there! Also seasonal themed! I cant wait for Christmas to see the decorations they'll have!

The store was a mess in some of the isles, there were lots of things missing from different costume bags (that had signs on them stating what was missing but the price was the same) the costume l bought myself was covered in white stains.
The workers mostly stayed at the front of the store and the person who had served us made a very judgemental glare at me when l paid and not my partner.
Then exiting the store was difficult for me and the seccy just stood there smiling to himself and the workers stared and my partner had to help me the whole way up himself, having a more accesible store would be good for the business as well as maybe working on customer service as if you need help you have to walk all the way to the front of the store, while they direct you from where they are standing.

Excellent variety and decent quality of products. Horrible customer service, the staff will change product prices on a whim and generally seem like they want to fight you.

Huge party place with lots of variety across different ranges in Penrith. Highly recommend especially for those looking for great prices and fun ideas to host their party with.

Horrible service, extremely racist. We weren’t greeted, asked if we needed help and were treated differently to other customers. After being treated so poorly, we decided to decline our purchase which the white blonde lady responded with “that’s ok, it doesn’t affect us. ” We were there purchasing goods for a charity event we are holding to raise money for cancer and made the girls at the counter aware of that. It’s a shame they didn’t give any concern about us customers purchasing their products for charity.

Horrible service. The staff are rude and ignorant, caring more about their conversation with each other instead of doing their jobs and helping customers. I left the store and went to Roni's Home Depot in Penrith Homemaker Centre to get everything I needed for my wife's 30th. I should have gone there in the first place, the staff were so much more friendly and helpful! Your staff need to remember that they work in customer service, if they're not competent enough to understand what the duties of that means then they are in the wrong field of work. Disappointing!

This party store is massive. Great variety of items to match any theme. I pick up all my items for my birthday party from them, balloons looked fantastic. Good value for money. Highly recommended
