Sydney Park Playground reviews
30This is easily one of the best playgrounds in Sydney. The play equipment is fantastic and there's plenty of it. There are four slides in varying lengths for any age and HEAPS of swings, including plenty of swing-seats for toddlers. There are also climbing ropes, a maze, silly mirrors, a tall rope bridge (with a solid floor that's easy enough for little ones to get across), musical bells in the floor and a giant fenced-in sandpit. There's also a kiosk cafe and a it's a short walk through the parklands to a creek and beautiful picnic spaces.
Kids love this playground! There has so many facilities! Adults can also have lots of fun here
Beautiful park and walking/biking track. Has a cafe within walking distance. Can get crowded but it’s spacious enough to accommodate a lot of people.
Even though it is not very special place for tourist, I really loved here.good weather, nice park, and also good playground. My daughter played here for 1 hour and she was really happy.
Weather was perfect so that it was great for me to enjoy.
Fun for kids close to Alexandria. My kid lovin' it and that's what matters. Dog friendly park too
I went out there today with my friends to have a nice break and enjoy playing badminton. I enjoyed my time there and saw many planes up into the sky, very ecological, pet friendly places,
Went there today very massive park for a walk with your dog hanging out some seats and of course having fun with friends.
Such a great place! So much to do. Like the playground which is surrounded by trees and plants. The wetlands are lots of fun. Love the bike track. Cafe and toilets too! See parksandadventuresofsydney on Instagram for more.
An amazing park perfect for families, couples and walking your dogs.
Lots of birds and nature all around with a scooter park for adults and kids.
There’s a play ground with plenty of slides and a bridge for kids to cross. Plenty of space for the little ones to run around.
There’s a pond on the other side of the park with ducks. A serene place to chill and spend time with love ones.
There are different elevations seperated by stone edging; the mulch which brings the ground level up the edging can be significantly washed away, creating an untidy appearance and arguably trip hazards. Normal playground otherwise, besides the location.
Best playground in my option to bring your kids to have a good time that's if you are willing to travel to get there, best bet is by car and it has a parking area as well, you can go for a walk job walk the dog or push the pram or maybe by bicycle it's all up to the individual.
A top spot with lots to offer the whole family. Nice natural wetlands to explore, great open dog areas and a lot for the kids to do (of all ages) from tiny to teen.
Best playground near Newton/St Peters? Plenty of space to explore and have fun. There's so much to do here: bike/scooter/skateboard, swings, giant slides, distorted mirrors, climbing, hidden music instruments. Go for a walk and you may spot some cool birds. Dog friendly too!
Beautiful park but some of the dog owners are too busy having coffee and not paying attention to their dogs. My granddaughter was eating an ice cream at the kiosk when a large black dog leapt at her. The dog wasn’t aggressive however it did frighten her terribly. When we looked around to try and find the dog owner, there was no one there to take ownership so we had to vacate our area as our granddaughter was too frightened to eat there with the large dog.
Great place. Minor thing - if you have any things to throw away - keep it small. The garbage bin opening is small.
What a gem. We met some friends here on an afternoon and the kids just LOVE the playground.many options for them. Slides, swings, sand pit, climbing tower, just brilliant!
It's a good place for your toddler
It gets busy but if you go during the week there is plenty of space but still enough people coming and going to make it feel safe
Nice kids playground and park. It has a few slides which kids love. It has a foot bridge, ropes climbing obstacles and swings area. Not many parking, however street parking available. Plenty of pet dogs out and about. It was busy. Overall nice park.
Would give 5 stars if there were better bathroom facilities but still awesome. If I was a dog would give 10 stars.
