Had such a great experience working with Andy and the team. They were honest and had amazing communication skills. The mezzanine was installed quickly and efficiently with no hidden extras throughout some horrid weather conditions. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality at fair prices.

Bad communications.

We requested the Mezzanines for racks repair services to be carried between Tuesday 10: 00 and 12: 00 pm. On the repair date Mezzanines rescheduled the repair to 1: 00 pm. At 2: 00 pm after calling with no answer, they texted and informed me that they are unable to come for the repair. Where I had to let the workers go who was on stand by and helping me with moving stock around

Suddenly at 3: 30 pm the contractors/technicians show up for repair. Where the job can’t be done for two reasons, firstly no workers available to help me out and secondly, Office about to close.

As a result of the bad communications, I have lost labour cost while the workers were waiting for Mezzanines technicians.

I do appreciate Mezzanines last minute availability, but communication could be handled better such as answering the phone when the client calling.

Response to Owner reply: my review was clearly about communication not payment issue.however payment wasn't requested in advance.even if requested surely I have all the resources to enable me to process payment upon request.

Super happy with the mezzanine floor the guys at Mezzanine Floor Builders installed at our unit. Andrew and Marcus were really helpful with the designs and intergrading with out existing mezzanine and the installers were very professional.

Even with the multiple changed we made with the design, nothing was ever a problem and the finished product came out better than we envisioned.

They were a pleasure to deal with and we defiantly recommend Sydney Mezzanine floors to anyone looking to install a mezzanine floor for additional space.

They installed some pallet racking at work. Very poor workmanship. Poorly dressed. Bolts drilled at angles. WLL signs zip tied on after initial ones broke off. Racking not plumb. Didnt clean up after themselfs. Observed worker climb completely out of EWL whilst elevated. Seam to have no knowledge of Aus Standard AS4084: 2012 Steel storage racking.

In short "backyard cowboys" would not recommend.

So happy I used these guys. Andrew came out same day as I called were my other quotes I called took over a week to see me, the design that Andrew spec up work better and showed that he knew what he was talking about.

I would and have recommended Andrew and his team to anyone looking for a mezzanine level- high end work and resemble price.thanks again guys.
