Apart from a fabulous job of cleaning carpets, this team are consummate professionals - dedicated to their craft offering excellent communication, Tim and Terri are also reliable, considerate and entirely trustworthy.

Tim was fantastic to deal with and very flexible with my limited schedule. He is very professional, and his work on the carpet to steam clean and remove a candle wax stain was perfect. So easy to deal with and the results are excellent, would definitely recommend.

Tim was very professional and friendly from the first interaction. He explained what he will provide and took great pride in his work. He didn't rush the job even when requested to add a few things to the list. Very reasonably priced and his work came up 100%.

A few weeks before the Xmas holidays I contacted Sydney Metro for a quick carpet clean. I expected a response of we'll see you after the holidays, but to my surprise Tim was able to fit me in on the day. The clean was superb! Disinfected, thoroughly cleaned and smells damn good! I have used Sydney Metro twice. I was so pleased both times. Tim is highly experienced, exercised great care of antique Persian carpets as well as the furniture. He knows his business well, was very professional, very flexible (letting me add one more chair, one more carpet.), and seemingly takes pride in a job well done. On the second occasion, he kindly fit me in on short notice saving a white wool carpet from an encounter with red wine! Highly recommend Tim and Sydney Metro.

Recently I had an excellent experience with Sydney Metro Carpet Cleaning. Tim came on scheduled time as i requested for Same day carpet cleaning and and he did steam cleaned and Sanitising and deodorising the carpets and carpets look fantastic, service was friendly. I am very satisfied and will call them anytime for future jobs.
