Jay is an extremely patient, knowledgeable and calm problem-solver who was able to recover data from my HDD when my old MacBook Pro couldn't boot the operating system. He managed my expectations with expertise (years of practice, no doubt!) and owned all of the equipment to ultimately retrieve my data. He also shared tips for the potential purchase of another MacBook Pro with similar features. I count myself very lucky to have had such a quick turnaround time for this dilemma, all for a very reasonable fee. Location tip: This home-based business operates in a tucked-away old building on Little Oxford Street and pressing buzzer 3 will activate the door for entry.

Jay set up my new Macbook after screen died on previous Mac. He didn’t make me the Administrator. I’m just a User and can’t make any changes on my own Mac. It’s the most annoying thing ever. Beware.

Absolute scam,

Screwed up my laptop then tried to deny that I was even a customer saying he does not fix new laptops until I confronted him with receipts.if you are incompetent don’t screw up with others laptops.not a slightest bit of integrity or honesty

I took you upon your word that you fixed the laptop.then when I got the chance to test it turns out you made it worse.

You knew very well about the issue you caused that's why you were nervously trying your best to prevent the laptop from going to sleep mode while we were talking.then you were hesitant to provide a receipt.your lack of integrity is really disgusting.

Stay away from him folks, if he is willing to intentionally deceive a customer, then nothing will stop from stealing parts of your laptop.

MBP 13" 2017 Battery issue
