This park is our favorite in Penrith. If you live in Penrith, you should visit this place if you are looking to cycle or just want to walk in the park. Not many people are visiting this place which is great since it is not crowded

Didn't know this place existed. When we went hardly anyone was there. It was so peaceful and beautiful

I love this place. I started using the 5km walking track around the lake around 10 years ago to help me loose weight. At first I could barely walk the distance now I can jog the whole way. There are plenty of picnic tables and chairs if you just want to chill out as well.

Getting back to normal after the floods. Still some issues for you but people are coming back. It is a lovely place.

On the toilet at the Regatta centre. To my left is the 'roll' selection of toilet paper and to my right the 'precut sheets' selection, thus accomodating to both the scrunchers and the folders. Naturally, i opted for the right, but how nice to be offered both options. This is one customer that will surely return

Easy to find. Has toilets & take away shop. Undercover area is perfect for the public when watching races. Walk, cycle or swim, it's fantastic for all.

Great spot to work out. Almost completely flat for those mindless km on the bike or running. Lots of toilets around the 5km track. Heaps of parking.

Very safe venue for cycling at all ability levels.
Excellent for picnics (groups of 5) and for walking around the Regatta lake-distance is 5 Klms.

We found the Regatta Centre to be comfortable. We had coffee from the cafe and the staff were helpful. It wasn't busy so that was good

What an awesome exercise space, picnic area, walking or running track! A 5 kilometre round trip circumnavigating the picturesque old Olympic Games rowing lake. Plenty of grassed areas, heaps of parking, ample toilet facilities, covered picnic sheds (closed temporarily due to COVID).
There is even a kiosk offering everything from snacks ice creams & drinks to full restaurant quality lunches & dinners! With wine to boot!
Smooth flat well & maintained path, great for bike riders of all levels with designated bicycle and walking paths, (which people mainly adhere to!) plenty of room for social distancing plenty of parking.
This place wasn’t crowded full of Lycra clad showoffs who don’t give a toss about social distancing, who are out to be seen on the Nepean River Path, it’s better than Dukes Oval which is difficult to ride a bike on and has a lot of foot traffic.we will be back.

After the carnage caused by all the rain the water quality is now back to normal and we are back to dragon boat training on our beautiful lake.

Great place for a festival beautiful venue, take some sunscreen if your pasty like me so you don’t have to wear your partners hat like me! To avoid getting?

Very busy, with a triathlon and numerous other events on at the same time, but staff were flexible enough to make it all work.

Very professional course, with a nice warmup lake, markers at every 250 help with pushing hard. Good Covid protections as well.

Was late because it took me 3/4 hours to walk the road with all the gate were all locked now I've lost my money no compassion no I'm 54 and I'll book somewhere else even if it s a 4 hour trip no empathy for old people

It's a good location for triathlon. The lake might be brown but it seems clean and you don't have to worry about waves or sharks. The run and cycle course is flat.
