Aaron and Michael run a fantastic and professional painting business in the Inner West. Everything about this company worked for me. From the moment they turned up (on time) to view the scope, and said all the things that told me they “got” what was involved. Specialising in old homes, which requires a certain finesse and extra care, their experience was evident.
The on-site team was personable, used ear buds, (quiet workers), accommodated my quirks and anxieties, worked their buns off to finish earlier than estimated because they were aware of the disruption it caused me.
The finished job pleases me no end. Interacting with the bosses and the site team was easy and a pleasure.

We own a small semi in the inner west so it is often difficult to get tradies who want to bother with our small spaces. For this job we only got the lounge room and hallway repainted. Our house is over 100 years old so there was a lot of prepping work to be done.
From the get go the team from Dial a Painter (Sydney Inner West Painters) were a dream to work with. For the quote they turned up on time, and nothing was ever a problem. The quote was detailed and easily illustrated the work ahead. They instructed us to get our new doors and electrical sorted before proceeding too.
From day one the team turned up at exactly 7am and was always energetically enthusiastic to get the job done. They were a pleasure to have in our home.
Their work ethic was fantastic and the quality of the work was 5 star. They always cleaned up after themselves and even left us touch up paint. They completed the job on estimated time. The job was overseen at various stages by the management and we cannot express how happy we are with the service, price and completed job.

Sent an email for a quote and after waiting 10 days I decided to ring up and he answered the phone promptly - good so far. I appreciate he is busy and the weather had impacted on his exterior jobs but when i asked for a quote so I could send off to insurance he became very rude as he believed he would never hear from me again, I feel his attitude towards me was both unprofessional and unfair.

I highly recommend these guys - not only did they do a fantastic job at our house, but they were always friendly and great to deal with.

Highly recommended. I've used Dial a Painter several times for some major works in my California Bungalow house in the inner west. The team are true to their word, they turn up on time, are lovely to work with and communicate clearly so I always know what is going on, they clean up perfectly and do a great job.

After a thorough examination of my Victorian terrace Aaron provided me with a detailed quote for painting the outside and most of the inside. He also gave me excellent advice about colour schemes. The team started painting the following week and the work was completed in five days. I couldn't be happier with the efficiency and the quality of the work. They fixed up peeling surfaces and water damage, and stained some doors and other woodwork beautifully. The painting is neat and the house looks fabulous.
