Karl was fantastic to deal with, after going to other podiatrists for Planta facia and not getting the right results Karl sorted my feet problems out straight away.

I was struggling for 8 months with plantar fasciitis. I cannot take non-steroidal anti-inflamitory medications but did all the exercises recommended by my GP and used shop bought orthotics. I also had 2 rounds of cortisone injections without any relief.

I heard about shockwave therapy from a relative and looked for a podiatrist who practised this.

Karl recommended custom orthotics in conjunction with 4 to 6 sessions of Shockwave therapy and regular calf stretches.

Pain was 10/10 initially but halved within 2 weeks. Over the next 4 sessions (6 weeks), pain has reduced to 1/10.

I had plantar fasciitis on my right foot and tried several top rated podiatrists and got nowhere. Then I found Karl who explained they had all told me to do stuff that made it worse, He fixed it with shock wave treatment and wise advice. Then a year later I got it in my right foot. He worked out it was caused by my new yoga regime and again treated the problem away. He's a good guy and got me back to normal walking again and I can't recommend him highly enough.

I went in with a heel problem so bad I could hardly walk and 3 weeks later I am back to no pain or discomfort. Can’t thank Karl enough, would highly recommend.

I saw sports podiatrist, Karl Lockett, at Sydney Heel Pain Clinic, for treatment of my troublesome left foot. I had heel pain and what i thought was Achilles Tendonitis or plantar fasciitis for 2 months. He has since made a different diagnosis of retro calcaneal bursitis and i have clear treatment plan. So far, so good.

I first consulted Karl 3 years ago about my ongoing chronic heel pain. Karl Lockett at Sydney Heel Pain is a godsend for me and my daughter. We both have flat feet and as a result I have had Plantar Fasciitis for 15 yrs. There is so much misinformation in this area and the majority of podiatrists just don’t know how to fix it. Karl’s orthotics and Physio routine has finally brought me out of pain & confusion and into clarity and back doing my weekend sport.
