I recently visited Sydney Health and Wellness Centre and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and care provided by the team there. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome.

The facilities at the centre are top-notch and the equipment is modern and well-maintained. Audrey is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain everything to me in detail, ensuring that I understood what was happening every step of the way.

I was particularly impressed by the range of services offered at the centre. Whether you're looking to improve your physical health, mental wellbeing, or simply relax and unwind, there is something for everyone here. I tried a few different services during my visit, including acupuncture and massage therapy and I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world.

Dr. Audrey is truly amazing. I was in Sydney for just a few days, far from home, and went to see Dr. Audrey. She provided treatment and gave me some herbs - I couldn’t believe the results I saw after just one single session. I went from taking four ibuprofen to zero. She even answered some follow up questions I had via email and checked in to see how I was doing. I wish I lived in Sydney so I could continue seeing her on a regular basis.

Been meaning to review Audrey for years! I saw her during the second and third trimesters of a difficult pregnancy. She dramatically helped with my severe nausea, and kept my IBD symptoms at bay. She also gave me relief from bad pubic symphysis. The sessions were so relaxing too. No pain! I was and remain very grateful for the energy and skill she gave to me during a very difficult time. Highly recommend.

Audrey has given me my life back. I came to her after a year of breast cancer treatments and a life long eczema struggle. I've been a believer/fan/user of acupuncture for over 25 years, and Audrey is by FAR the greatest practitioner I've ever encountered. She blends multiple types of acupuncture (which is something I'ver never seen) with her wonderful personality and energy-which makes for an unbeatable combination and most importantly, outcome! While I live in NYC, Audrey will be on my "must-visit" list every time I'm in Sydney!

I started seeing Audrey and Pam for acupuncture treatments to manage hot flushes, which were waking me up several times at night, and after one session only, my hot flushes were completely gone and I was sleeping the whole night without waking up.
I kept doing the sessions every week because they make me feel less anxious and more relaxed.
Audrey is very knowledgeable and caring, she understood, explained and treated other uncomfortable symptoms I was having, something that several GPs had been completely dismissive about.
I had acupuncture before but had to stop treatments because the needles were too painful and uncomfortable and I felt very achy afterwards. I initially went to Audrey for advice and treatment for commencing my fertility journey as I wanted to ensure I was giving my body the best chance to try and conceive naturally. Audrey is a kind, caring and empathic practitioner. I initially saw Audrey when I was very unwell with vestibular migraines after being referred to her by a family member. Audrey worked with me to restore my health. Her administration of acupuncture is painless and the effect is deeply relaxing. I now see Audrey a few times a year and liken it to a massage. I walk out of each session feeling energised. I have no hesitation in recommending Audrey.

Highly recommend! Audrey is a miracle worker. Before seeing her I had no energy falling asleep at 730pm but within a few weeks I was back to my old self.
