I can't believe how a steel structure like this was designed 100 years ago, it's so beautiful.

It was my 1st visit to Sydney Harbour Bridge, and it was one of the best night views that i ever had visited.

It is good to see the bridge from various angles from a distance, but it is also good to cross it on foot. The symbol of Sydney with the Opera House

This place is just amazing. And the night view will melt your hard. The night life is Sydney is something from your beyond expectation.

The most iconic structure of Sydney, potentially even represents Australia's most recognisable landmark from an international perspective.

Driving is too fast to enjoy the scenery so it's highly recommended to walk across the bridge and admire the architecture involved. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sydney Harbour! If you get the chance to do the bridge climb. Definitely do it!

Great way to spend the day in Sydney. It takes about 15-20 mins to walk from the staircase at one end of the bridge to the other.

Harbour Bridge is one of the Sydney's main attraction. One can walk through the Bridge, can catch a train. Harbour Bridge climbing will be the dream of millions. The view is stunning. Opera house adds to its beauty. Fireworks on new year will be mesmerizing.

Easily one of the world's most recognisable bridges and not one but it bolt to construct it apparently. All riveted, and Paul Hogan (Crocodile Dundee) helped build it.

Used daily by comuters east to North and open to pedestrian access.

Great fireworks show from the bridge to bring in each NEW YEAR Nye

Also available to climb the bridge through Bridge Climb.

Kii,

So, I was after that studio floorplan because I have begun workshopping a Yeld live set filming. Of course, though, I need to run it by you first to see if it sounds OK to you.

I am envisaging using the communal/open space to effectively film a pre-recorded 'live' stream. It would involve a crew of 5 people (including myself), playing amplified music (not loud*), some space design and audio set-up. Realistically, while others could definitely be in their own studios at the time, it would be great to give everyone some notice so that we can film uninterrupted in the open space for a few evening hours.

Timing-wise, I was hoping to undertake this in late October; or if Covid prevents that, November or December. It would only go ahead if it was legal and moral, making sure any necessary permits or other requirements would be met and executed in a Covid-safe manner.

Let me know your thoughts on all of this, happy to discuss anything + everything. I've attached a basic mockup to show you what the filming might vaguely look like^.

Food was horrible. Bridge is too boring. Consider putting a ramp to make it interesting. Not wheelchair accessible.

The Sydney Harbour Bridge is a heritage-listed steel through arch bridge in Sydney, spanning Sydney Harbour from the central business district  (CBD) to the North Shore. The view of the bridge, the harbour, and the nearby Sydney Opera House is widely regarded as an iconic image of Sydney, and of Australia itself. Nicknamed "The Coathanger" because of its arch-based design, the bridge carries rail, vehicular, bicycle and pedestrian traffic. [1][2]

Over the decades
* I’ve traveled over Sydney Harbour Bridge … by road, path & train
* I’ve caught Sydney Ferries under the bridge
* I’ve walked under Sydney Harbour Bridge, whilst exploring the parks under each end of this Sydney Icon
* Plus I’ve nearly flown over

This worldly recognisable bridge, which spans Sydney Harbour … is an iconic Australian landmark (along with the Sydney Opera House)

The Sydney Harbour Bridge was built between 1923 - 1932

The Sydney Harbour Bridge is a heritage-listed steel through arch bridge in Sydney, spanning Sydney Harbour from the central business district (CBD) to the North Shore. The view of the bridge, the harbour, and the nearby Sydney Opera House is widely regarded as an iconic image of Sydney, and of Australia itself. Nicknamed "The Coathanger" because of its arch-based design, the bridge carries rail, vehicular, bicycle and pedestrian traffic. [1][2]

Under the direction of John Bradfield of the New South Wales Department of Public Works, the bridge was designed and built by British firm Dorman Long of Middlesbrough (who based the design on their 1928 Tyne Bridge in Newcastle upon Tyne) and opened in 1932. [3][4] The bridge's general design, which Bradfield tasked the NSW Department of Public Works with producing, was a rough copy of the Hell Gate Bridge in New York City. This general design document, however, did not form any part of the request for tender, which remained sufficiently broad as to allow cantilever (Bradfield's original preference) and even suspension bridge proposals. The design chosen from the tender responses was original work created by Dorman Long, who leveraged some of the design from their own Tyne Bridge which, though superficially similar, does not share the graceful flares at the ends of each arch which make the harbour bridge so distinctive. [5] It is the eighth longest spanning-arch bridge in the world and the tallest steel arch bridge, measuring 134 m (440 ft) from top to water level. [6] It was also the world's widest long-span bridge, at 48.8 m (160 ft) wide, until construction of the new Port Mann Bridge in Vancouver was completed in 2012. [7][8]

One of the most recognisable and distinctive features of Sydney, if not Australia as a whole. Symbolic and historic. Problem is there isn't much to do at the bridge itself except maybe climb it.

Doesn't matter how many times you see this beautiful structure it's always going to be captivating and the jewel of our amazing Sydney harbour.

Sydney’s icon, the Sydney Harbour Bridge is stunning. Visible from so many vantage points around the harbour and great spots to take in the view and have picnics. A walk across the bucket list and BridgeClimb are definitely bucket list items

Squid Game Doll (Red Light Green Light) on display. Not too busy on a weekday. You can get a photo with the Harbour Bridge or the Opera house in the back drop. Photos with it at night also look awesome.

Enjoyed the climb in 2017 but not very challenging. I got to the end and I thought “is that it? “ Having said that, I’m glad I’ve done it although I do think that it’s overrated and overpriced.

Sydney Harbour Bridge is one of Australia's most iconic places. The view you get in case you are climbing the bridge is great and a great place to enjoy life.

Sydney was the most beautiful big city we have ever seen. The harbor is amazing and has been recovered so that there are many parks and views open to the public. Leave a half day to do this either by boat or car.
