This was my second time using Sydney Gutter Repair. Eric and the team were exceptional to deal with. It's hard to find trades that give you not just a clear and detailed quote, but the quality service the team provided was the reason we went with them. I engaged Sydney Gutter Repair to replace few sections of my rusted gutter. Eric did a site visit to check gutter condition, provided three options (e.g. Replace small sections, all 2nd story, and entire house). I opted for entire house since gutter level was off, and new gutters would be of much better quality for marginally higher price. Eric came onsite exactly as per booking to do the job, worked from 7: 30AM till 4PM every day. Cleaned up and was very pedantic with all aspects of the work (rare for trades in my experience). Overall, very happy with the work and results. Will engage Eric again for Gutter Cleaning and roof maintenance.

I was impressed with the honesty, all promises and times were met. I had my gutters cleaned, i mentioned a problem i had with a leak when there were strong winds, Eric had a look took photo's, explained where and what he thought the problem was and how he'd fix it by resealing a section where the sun had damaged the old original sealant, all at a very fair price, also a strip of the house cladding came adrift, i rang Eric and asked if he could have a look at it, within an hour of my call it was a fixed. Eric provided an excellent customer experience from the quote through to the work being carried out. He's professional and polite, and takes the time to explain. Eric was also flexible and understanding when I had to change the date of the job booking at the last minute which was very much appreciated.
Eric replaced rainwater heads, installed spreaders, repaired a gutter seam and replaced some cracked tiles - he also provided photos of the work as well as both levels of the roof.
I am very happy with the work Eric did for us, and will also be engaging Eric to replace the older guttering.

I have only good things to say about our experience. Their admin side were highly responsive and Eric was friendly, tidy and very professional. He did a great job and even fixed a few extra things for us without altering his price. Our new gutters look great and I highly reccomend them.
