Brilliant place with brilliant fireplaces! The champagne colour looks great in our lounge room! They also have very comfortable chairs to sit on when making a purchase, so comfortable that months later I contacted them to get a photo of the chair so I could purchase that too. They helped out and supplied the details! Absolute legends! The animals obviously approve.

We were met with a warm and welcoming smile from the David who had this genuine warm charisma about him and had in depth product knowledge. I did not feel pressured, and he was very patient because of my inability to make a decision (which I changed after I paid my deposit). I called him a few times before I made the decision. He is a really nice genuine person and knows his product very well. 10/10 for his customer service which is very rare.

I ended up choosing the Lumina 6000 gas log fire. So far, it's been great and have had no issues with it. It heats up a very large area. The warmth is also pleasant and not dry like my previous gas heater.

This was installed towards the end of June 23. We also went with their contractor/builder Sean to get the gas log fire installed. Sean's communication was fantastic and very surprising for a builder. Sean is switched on and always kept me up to date and went out of his way to show me options of the way he can build it.

David was very helpful, respectful, efficient and excellent to deal with. Highly recommend. Reasonable prices also.

Just a message about some recognition about a staff member at your eastern creek store, I recently came in to buy a wood heater and needed some advice and extra information about the product prior to purchasing, your staff member by the name of David absolutely changed my mind about any negative thoughts I had pre purchasing and displayed a wonderful analysis about the product, he was eager to help and very enthusiastic, felt very welcomed. Ordered a fireplace from Sydney gas log fires, I’m in QLD. They couldn’t have been more helpfully prompt reply’s to emails amazing phone manner, I would highly recommend them, pricing was great too.

Be aware if not installed by their installers when a problem occurs with your brand new BARELY used fireplace they quickly point the finger at your installer even tho he followed the instructions they gave him over the phone when installing (which were wrong Instructions) Sydney based company with no spare parts in warehouse! Will I used this company again absolutely not pay a little more and get better Quality fireplace

We did a lot of research before settling on these guys. Probably went through half a dozen quotes from different shops. Three key factors that helped us decide to buy from them were the fact that their product is Australian made and they actually have it in stock, probably the best value for money fireplace you can buy and their no pressure but very helpful sales team.

Lexi was always ready to help with whatever question we had, knew her stuff and always followed up. We got the 6000 unit and the best word that describes it is cozy.

Also super happy with their installation team. Michael truely went above and beyond to make sure its a clean install despite our frame not being 100% right.
