Upon arrival to the store you are immediately greeted by the polite staff, giving you the run down of exactly what they specialise in which is made to measure lounges. So many heavy commercial fabrics and feels of seat cushions to choose from, this is what makes them special. We were served by Sam and Sonia who helped us build our dream lounge. The staff leave you to browse without pressure, and there a movie section for the kids so we can shop! Definitely can’t wait to be back for the custom made beds and comfy mattresses. I have to really express how grateful i was meeting the team at Sydney Furniture Factory and especially Sam. Being my first experience in buying my furniture for my first home it was difficult to think of but with the great help by Sam he assisted me and my partner to really find the best set of lounge as shown in the pic that really expressed what we want in a lounge and something i want to come back after a long day at work to relax and feel like im floating on clouds and also enjoy having snacks without the worry of it dropping on the lounge because of the hand rest and cup holder provided within the lounge set.

Even if i was to be clumsy Sam provides quality lounges for my partner not to worry if i accidentally do drop anything because its very easy to remove and it only comes with the quality of the lounge we happily purchased from sam and the team at sydney furniture factory

My partner and I had been looking for a lounge for a while, we stumbled onto the Sydney Furniture Factory website whilst searching for furniture shops online.
We read the positive reviews and decided to go and check it out for ourselves.
Upon arriving we were greeted by Sonia who was very polite and helpful.
We decided upon a lounge that we liked and chose the configuration that was right for our required space.
Sonia really went above and beyond with helping us choose the right lounge for our space requirements and the whole experience was very enjoyable in comparison to other companies we had considered.

After looking for lounges for months and only really seeing the cheaply made imports and maybe a few Aussie made, we stumbled across Sydney Furniture Factory, 9 weeks ago.

The staff were incredibly welcoming as soon as you walk through the roller shutter, then they left you to browse the entire floor. The sales person (sorry cant remember his name) approached us with perfect timing. HIs knowledge on his product and materials was superb.

The one thing I was really appreciative about is that they didnt hover over you like all of the other lounge companies waiting for the kill! They just left you alone to look and test.

Our Aussie made lounge was delivered this week, there was a slight issue with the 3 seater with what seemed to be a footing that was a little short and the lounge was a bit wobbly on its feet. I contacted Robert from the SFF the next morning and they sprang to action - within 24 hours we had a technician from the lounge manufacturer to fix the issue.

I can't praise Sydney Furniture Factory enough, amazing service, excellent product knowledge and a great range.

I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking to update your home.

The showroom has wide variety of lounges, we purchased a 4 seater recliner. The staff is very helpful and supportive throughout the buying and selection process. Can’t wait for the recliners to arrive!

Large showroom. Sales assistant very helpful. She explained all the options. The lounges have very good information printed out and placed on them so you know which ones are Australian made and which are imported. A huge selection. Very impressive.

She really helped him in providing his options and recommended exactly what we were looking for, comfortability, style, fabric, colour, and the correct foam for our lounge.
