Have been using SFP for years! Very professional company that delivers on time and have great service to match!

Worst customer service and support that i've ever experienced. Stock is never delivered on time and when eventually delivered, milk is either going off that day or already off. Also, there have been many times when the alternate milks (oat, soy, almond) are delivered broken and just left in our coolroom by the driver. Best part is, when you phone customer service, they always say - this has never happened before but after speaking to their other customers - the same thing happens.

The best part of their customer service and support is the pricing that is NEVER correct. Invoices each week are different and the most ironic part is that we used to have two sites that would purchase from Sydney Food & Packaging and invoices for both stores would have different prices for the same product.

When you phone the accounting team, they say that they will fix it and then 6 months later we are still waiting. I even had my accountant spend days going through their invoices and list the discrepancies and what the correct prices should be and it has still taken 6 months to correct.

Now they want their money and have gone to debt collectors for mistakes they have made.
