Kate was super professional and my lashes looked amazing on the day. The reason for my 1 stars is because i was charged $285 for classic lashes that 80-90% feel off after 9days even after following all care instructions. Kate did offer to fix them with an infill but then didnt answer my texts.

Update: She asked me to remove my post even offering me cash to do so. This would explain the high reviews.
Im going to leave this post so no one else gets ripped off.

Kate is a very professional eyelash specialist, the second she saw me she know i have very straigt eyelash, I was really nervous since I didn't have my eyelash done for so many years, didn't even know the style I want, however Kate looked after me very well, she did a amazing job, she knows how to make the eyelash that suit you! I am so happy with the resault, also her move is so soft and gentle, definitely going back!

I never had lash extensions before meeting with Kate, she talked me through the process and was very helpful answering any questions I had. I had lashes done here, I paid nearly $250 for 20mins job. I felt discomfort and pain after and the quality is poor. I went to other salon, they said that the lashes need to be removed as they were stucked each other. I was extremely disappointed. Do not waste of your money.
